Great service, friendly atmosphere, and professional business.

Out of the dispensaries I've visited in PA, Beyond/Hello is my current favorite. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is solid, there's always good deals, and the overall experience is pleasant. The model for the store works well, too, because unlike some other places, it's one customer per consultant at a time. This cuts down on both stress and pressure during the buying process, as it's quieter, less hectic, and you can get all your questions answered before you make your purchase(s). Once you're inside, the whole experience feels like going to a high-end boutique. 5/5 will always recommend.

the center city location on 01/24/19 opening day and it was such a fabulous experience! from start to finish I felt like I was VIP! They answered all of my silly questions! Super knowledgeable staff! The location is beautiful! I even went back for second visit on my lunch break because I was so excited to check them out!!

The Quality: This is my go to place regarding selection of items. They always have what I want compared to other places which hasn't had my strain in their inventory for 7 days now. The Service: The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were able to recommend something which I have been using since. I told them I was in a rush and they actually accommodated me to expedite the process by taking my order while in line so that when it's my turn I can just pay for it right away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Atmosphere: This place is extremely chill. From the waiting room, you enter into a spacious area the reminded me of being inside a cabin in the Poconos. Overall I just love this place because they always have my strain in stock, their customer service is truly as advertised as they go beyond to help their customers and the atmosphere is relaxing to me.

Kaylin was my 'budmeister' and that was a lucky break for me. This is the 4th dispensary I've used in Philly. Beyond/Hello is the best. I told Kaylin what I was looking for and she selected exactly what I'd hoped for: a long-lasting heavy hitter for something I can afford. This will be the shop I frequent. It's in Center City close to shopping, restaurants and transport The shop is discreetly situated on Sansom St,smack in between Chestnut & Walnut. This is a totally safe place to browse, learn, and find your favorite Rx at an excellent price.
