First visit ever called up to check the stock they went above and beyond to make sure i had my preferred medication they seem genuinely happy to make the patient happy they definitely make me feel like a patient not a customer

Second visit and the staff is wonderful! The guy at the counter was sure to give me the promos I missed on my first visit and even applied my first time visitor discount! Will be returning often!

Out of the dispensaries I've visited in PA, Beyond/Hello is my current favorite. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is solid, there's always good deals, and the overall experience is pleasant. The model for the store works well, too, because unlike some other places, it's one customer per consultant at a time. This cuts down on both stress and pressure during the buying process, as it's quieter, less hectic, and you can get all your questions answered before you make your purchase(s). Once you're inside, the whole experience feels like going to a high-end boutique. 5/5 will always recommend.

I went to the center city Philadelphia opening today. Great atmosphere. All the employees I interacted with were so nice and helpful, especially Sean and Sara. They make a great team! Thank you for a great first time. Cant wait to go back.
