By far the best option in the area. Prices are the best youll find legally. Staff is very friendly and helpful. HUGE showroom for great product. Only place Ill use in the area.

This place is awesome!! They have a bargain bud bar. Prices are great!! Military discounts (cant beat that), budtenders are very knowledgeable about thier strains. I love this place. Definitely best dispensary in area. Oh did i say there is never a wait time.

I switched from another dispensary within the area, and I am already in love. They gave me so much information on every strain they had, every item they had, and even information regarding my card and the state laws. They did not oversell or undersell by any means, and they seemed genuinely concerned about my health. Nonetheless this is my new dispensary

Amazingly nice people work here. The atmosphere is odorless and products are displayed in an organized method in their large showroom. . They really listen to you and are respectful and knowledgeable. Best of all, they act like they care about you and treat you how they would want to be treated. Prices are good with "specials" discounts.

The lack of flower and the attitude staff has when you question why. They would rather sell small amounts for high price instead of having an ounce or a half. I was treated like crap for requesting a half. Told by a staff member I was asking for special treatment. I cannot afford to buy an eighth for $60. I was there yesterday at 10 am and they had me waiting until 1:30 pm. Not wanting me to wait they were annoyed. I watched many upset customers want their flower in bulk and has to walk out spending money they don't have on very small amounts at very high prices. To top it off they literally told me I had to pay $160 instead of the normal $140 for the same medicine. That was very rude but what can you do. I have requested a change and will never go back to Green Solutions. No one will give you a straight answer if their life depended on it. To them it's about the dollar not the patients. AVOID IF YOU CAN ALL YOU WILL GET IS ROBBED OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND PUSH PRODUCTS THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE NOT WHAT YOU NEED

Waited 2 hours in line to be told their Weedmaps online menu is medical patients only. They had one choice of flower for recreational which was a high CBD strain. They staff was rude with people in the lobby and by the counter. Basically, same experience as Supply and Provisions in Collinsville (High prices, no choices, long wait times, rude staff)

This is an amazing dispensary! the budtenders i have worked with, Jess and Patrick are amazing and the manager Lisa is a rockstar and will do anything to help you out and their security person TT is awesome! everyone is super nice and helpful and they have a great selection of flower, concentrates and edibles, but i wish they had a little more of a selection of flower that are indica though and also wish they had their menu listed online because the only way to see what they have is to call in to find out but they also do call in orders which is nice, but other than that they are amazing! so happy i transferred from hci!

No problems unless you want weed. If you do, go somewhere else, because they're so disorganized they can't seem to find the time to get it on their shelves.

My second time coming here since they started selling recreationally. Arrived today at 10:23 and stood outside in a relatively short line (only 15-20 people ahead of me at the time). Was around the building for about 15 mins. Then stood outside the actual entrance for about another 45 mins. Got inside the actual dispensary around 11:23 so roughly an hour long wait in line. Once inside the lobby, they checked IDs, handed out menus and had us wait for another 5 mins probably before letting us enter the actual dispensary. Inside there, you wait in another line to be called up to the counter to make your selection. This line took about 10 mins. Not bad at all. I made my selection, was handed my ticket number and proceeded to the checkout line. The checkout line took about 12 mins which again wasn’t bad. They only had one or two ticket windows open at the time when I walked in but by the time I was called to my window to checkout, there were at least 3-4 window opens I believe. Not sure how they determine staffing and stuff but the process could definitely be sped up. Been here twice now and both times have been pretty easy transactions. I did think $90 for a .5mg vape cartridge was a lot but overall I’m okay coming here on a need be basis. I’ll probably stick to my “usuals” however.

Large assortment of edibles drinks but when it comes to Vapes concentrate in flower all one price only one selection most of the tenders has no idea even what they have in the store let alone what anything is or if it's a value or if it's what you even want would be nice if they stop showing us sativa when we ask for indica like they have no idea which is which

I absolutely love this place. Lisa and all the staff there are so sweet and so helpful and so patient lol I am indecisive and it takes a minute to find what I want and they are always so patient and kind. I don’t think I will ever leave Nd go to a different dispensary cuz there is no beating the team at the green solution! They are amazing.

Online ordering quick and easy to use. Was in and out. Cash only ATM on sight. Let them know you ordered online when you arrive.

I have a Missouri medical card & resident of Missouri. Due to legalizing issues Missouri dispensing is unavailable. This is the closest dispensary available for Missouri medical patients.

UPDATED REVIEW: Been here 4 times, with each time getting increasingly worse. Yesterday, I drove 60 mi round trip to Beyond Hello to wait 2 hours in the sun with no shade to pick up a product that I never received. Order placed at 10 am for a 1-2p pickup, but was growing concerned by noon as I still hadn't received my confirmation text. Figured they must be running behind and the text would arrive eventually, I set out and arrived at 12:45...only to find 50+ angry online order customers in the same situation, including those with pickup times as early as 11a.m. After 40 mins of waiting with no communication from the employees who briefly pop out only to tell us they are working as fast as they can and to please wait patiently, so we do. As we wait, with our line not even budging, we watch as the walk-in line is repeatedly shuttled through. As they exit, they tell us things like "everything inside is a total clusterf*ck due to a series of bad decisions", "just to warn you, I waited 3 hours for a pickup", and then the dreaded "they already sold out of a lot of things". Understandably, we all start growing concerned because we wonder how/why they are selling product to walk-ins if the still haven't filled our pick-up orders. Surely, they would prioritize pickups and not sell product already claimed...but if our orders are filled, why can't we come in to pick it up? At this point, it's been 2 hours since I've arrived and 45 mins past my pickup window. Meanwhile, we still have no idea exactly what the issue is nor have been given even a rough estimate on how long the wait may be. Many of us trying calling, myself included, but once again, no one to answer phones. Employees only briefly pop out to yell at the massive crown huddling together under the awning simply to get some shade and to maintain 6 feet of distance, which was simply impossible due to the number of people and the fact that employees make no effort to come relay info to anyone past the first 10-12 people in line who can actually hear then. I start seeing customers walk around to the front (I assume to seek out info) and then angrily storm off, so I run up to the first security guard I see in hopes of getting answers. I ask him if there is a chance that the products we ordered will be sold out by the time we get in and he says, "Yes and they are already low on many items." I tell him I have to leave, but ask if I can come back for my order later tonigh when the text message comes through and he tells me, "You can if you get it, but it may not come through." Angry and now rockin' a great sunburn, I decide to leave with the others as we all vow to never come here again. Customers understand that everything is going to be slower/less convenient due to the pandemic, but the issues I witnessed yesterday cannot be blamed on that. The problem here is mismanagement, poor communication, and greed. If you don't have sufficent resources (employees, product, space) to facilitate pickups and walk-ins, then don't offer both. People place online orders for convenience and speed, but each time I've been here, it's never taken less than 45 mins of waiting in the sun (or rain) just to get to the cashier. Most importantly, online orders should be prioritized over walk-ins and selling claimed product before filling orders is simply unacceptable. If this wasn't the case, why couldn't we pick up our orders if they had already been set aside? It's clear this company has decided to focus on simply fitting as many sales into the day as possible rather than customer satisfaction. Otherwise they would hire someone to actually answer their phones (have never gotten through), communicate to customers if product sells out, & find a way to shield them from the elements if they are waiting 2+ hours. Been to dozens of dispensaries and have never had issues like this.

As a cannabis user who has visited dispenseries from Cali to Chicago, I can honestly say that Beyond-Hello is a breath of fresh air as the premier location in the Metro East.
