Always wonderful service! I love their products and always have amazing deals! I love the lucky fortune brand it's the best in my opinion and I love their 2gram carts it's a great deal! I don't like the taxes I like out the door deals but I love coming here for the product and the helpful and nice staff! The place was drab. The bud tender was not knowledgeable and offered zero information to try and make a sell. I felt as if I were the one working there. I would not go here.

Im new to cannabis. I was recommended to start using it for my MD. The guys at big bud were very helpful and knowledgeable. And they have a great military discount. I will be using them from now on.

Use them all the time. Just lost my business for sure. Won’t honor their products. Have a malfunctioning cart. Brought it back in. They want to blame my battery. Showed them other carts work with my battery. Still blame my battery: rude about it too. Don’t buy here. It would be pretty easy to exchange the malfunctioning cart instead of blaming the customer especially when they can show it’s not the cart.
