So my partner, and I went today. He's been in before, but my first time. They have a better selection of concentrates then most closer to our house. Plus, 2nd chance Sunday's, so you can get one of their daily special's,in case you missed it. David was our budtender, and he was very helpful, and if he wasn't sure, he found out. I asked about what to use to make a specific edible, and he knew a coworker had already made it, and brought him over to help advice me. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but both guys were pleasant, and helpful. We will definitely drive the 25 minutes. I think the only thing that was kinda bad was they're so busy we had to use the dollar general parking across the street. Not a real issue for us, but possibly for someone disabled. Don't really see how the business can fix it at this time, so I won't bitch or ramble on any longer. thanks😁

This is my usual dispensary, so I figured today was just a fluke - and mostly my fault for not double checking my order. I left here today around 8:15 and my bud tender had forgotten to scan my 2 Mai Thai pre rolls after going over everything in my order. I was wondering why my order was 10$ cheaper than estimated, but I certainly didn’t want to go all the way back right before close just to pick up two forgotten pre rolls.
Let this be a lesson to all of us to double check our orders before we leave! I’ve never had any trouble here, everyone is very friendly and make you feel comfortable and are often very knowledgeable. I’ve never been disappointed by any of their recommendations.
I have been shopping here for a while now the service is always great they have what I want and the prices are reasonable I like when I go in on a Sunday and they automatically apply any deals they had prior to my visit sometimes I don’t think about second chance Sunday I’ve been to other dispensary’s and it’s just not the same love this place
I have been coming to Blair Wellness Center since it has been open and I have always felt welcome. From the wonderful smell when I open the door. An instant smile to the friendly treatment that I receive. Also, comfortable seating while I am waiting when it is busy.
The quality of the product is always worth it, an instant smile.
I come for the deals, which are always amazing, and they cover up the fact that the staff is consistently unwelcoming and rude when you call. I understand things could be busy or it’s understaffed, and i try to be understanding, but it’s so disheartening to be hung up on and given rude responses when calling to ask simple questions. I hope this changes soon
I am a repeat customer, I placed an order online, when I arrived to pick the order I noticed the items I ordered were not the same as the website. You must place
close attention to your online order. Your product should not be substituted just to make a sale. NOT BAIT and SWITCH !
White lady at the register made me pay $10 more for an order I place a couple days ago. Even though my online order says $25 i dunno if imma be coming back anymore.
Usually love coming here, todays pickup and visit with my mom left something to be desired, and i dont appreciate being interrupted when I am gauging my mothers interest for what she wants and displaying. I have my own card she has her own card i show her the paperwork to see what she may want for HERself, if i already have mine set under MY name, then why is the associate interrupting to make sure we arent sharing medicine. I am not stupid in regards to how medicine is treated. We have never had that issue at any other dispensary for having a conversation with my mother and trying to help her, especially if the associate is standing. And as the associate sees my mother outright asks me anyway what page she should look at and how to explain what she likes. And didnt even grt into my pickup not being ready, the budder was right but not my sapphire OG(which was replacing the silver haze that i was informed earlier was sold out)Thankfully it wasnt sold out yet.
was given wrong info over the phone about a deal , get there after driving 45 min to get (said deal) the phone call the drive and a fight with the Wife , never again you lost this customer before you even got me
