I am a pretty new patient (May 2020) but I have made myself check out 5 other dispensaries in the Baltimore area to make sure I'm getting a good selection and deals. This dispensary has been open through Covid with good social distancing practices, super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and you know the deals are good because it's always hard to find a parking spot! 😅 I have ordered from here the most by far and will keep coming back.
Today was my 1st time trying this place. I was enticed by the deals they have on shake and thought they might be too good to be true. Nah it’s 100% legit and I was kinda shocked, but Greg was great and showed me the deals they had for the day. Also this place should get an extra 5 stars for weighing the it out right in front of you for transparency, cuz 3.5 don’t look like 3.5 when it’s all shake
I absolutely love this place. I love the selection I love the prices I especially love that they have two days a week dedicated to any specific category of medication you need, I absolutely love this place... The only reason I'm not here more is because it's very far away. but I still make it here at least once every two weeks so, I highly recommend anybody else who comes in the area or is 45 minutes away to drive here cuz it's very well worth the drive.
I really dig when bud tenders are into their jobs and especially today I was lucky enough to have basically two who were amazing. They actually took it as a personal goal to help me find the best for my medicinal needs, as well as helping boost sales for their company... which is amazing.
I can't respect a business that doesn't respect itself, with that said you should always keep the customer first... Knowing that that's where you're going to make your profit so make your profits second counting on the customer. (Within reason)
I didn't know they were only doing online orders. Got checked in and sent to the back only to be kicked out for not having an online order. I was sent back outside to the back of the line. I Waited in line a 2nd time got checked in and sent to the back, this time my order wasn't ready so i was kicked out and sent to the back of the line a 3rd time. This time the clerk tells me to wait in the waiting even if i get called to the back, she said have someone check on my order before coming back. Shouldn't they only call me when it's ready, idk . They are disorganized, rude, they have horrible customer service, and they sold me trim as shake. Never again.
Good prices, friendly and patient staff. We will go out of our way to come here. Only complaint is running out of my favorite products! Need more BLUE CHEESE plz
