Today was my first time using the pickup option and it went so smoothly. I love that they offer credit or debit for pick up. Everyone here does a great job. Blair hands down has the best deals and a kind staff.

I was a medicinal patient in LA a few years ago and Blair is the closest thing to the shops out their with their shake deals etc....
Places like Curio/Chesacanna are cool too, it’s just that they aren’t places I can consistently spend my money at. Neither of those dispensaries make me feel like my $ is truly valuable to them based on how often I am purchasing and how much....

well I pre-ordered only fly a strain that I have been waiting for Grease Monkey and when I got down there I realized that it was my first time there and I got 25% off because I came with a buddy they ended up accidentally doubling the 25% on both our orders and I ended up getting a quarter of Grease Monkey for $60 so my first experience was very great I hope that it continues to be that way I know I got lucky this first time but first timer impressions mean a lot and the fact that he honored to. Even after he realized it without any problems just made me feel much better about the whole situation.
Excellent variety of medicinals. Order on Leafly makes pick up quicker than most dispensaries. This is my absolute fav dispensary. Knowledgeable & professional bud tenders too.
Blair Wellness continues to be the best dispensary in Maryland. A few times I’ll mess things up with my order on Leafly and they will help me fix it and never make me feel bad. It’s such a stress free buying experience, I would recommend this dispensary to any new and existing MMCC patients.
This is the second visit that was less that acceptable. I went on leafly and purchaaed two products. The total was 45.00 due to the sale listed. I traveled from the county to get quoted a higher price. The budtender went to get a manager who advised that leafly sometimes has glitches and they cannot honor that. I advised its stated in print and im not responsible for glitches if im traveling with the printed price. The audacity in his lack of concern was overwhelming. My last visit there. I was one of the original customers so this is bothersome.
Today was really a whole mess I never felt so bad here before a by a manger I come a very long way to be there just because I never felt so much better budtenders her but the way I felt treated today by a manger was unbelievable
Undeniably great prices - I'd guess it's those prices that make it a little easier to overlook the lack of customer service. I walked to the back, not one greeting, looked around to see which station to head to, every budtender had their head down....it was a little disappointing for my first visit. No enthusiasm, no upbeat vibe -the employee in the store that you walk thru to leave was friendly though.
I have shopped here many times with good service. But, Gabe is a buzz kill. I had an online order for multiple concentrates. The order was filled before I arrived. The budtender that put labels on it reviewed it. Yet lo and behold when I got home the order was wrong. I called the dispensary less than 20 minutes after leaving and spoke with Gabe. At best he was cold. Although he did admit the dispensary had "mislisted" the product. I went back to the dispensary the next morning and met with Gabe. Again cold and not helpful. He offered me a $15. credit on a mistaken $160. purchase. He told me "it was my fault" then he verbally assaulted me with insults. The store was clearly at fault yet this "buzzkill" of an employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had to finally come up with an alternate solution, which resulted in my exchanged receipt saying "$10. change". Never got that either. Glad he is not my employee.
I love Blair- historically… now they are not putting the terpene profiles online- how can I shop? How can I review my choices & find the medicines that suit my needs?
Is the preference that I call & have someone read over the phone to me all the products I’m interested in or stand in the shop with employee reading everything to me.
I can’t shop here if I can’t see what I’m getting.
Please, beloved Blair, return to full profiles online. It’s imperative for medical patient to see what is in our medicine. Dedicating an employee or 3 to this important task is worth it for all involved.
