I had a really great visit! The front waiting area is very cute, with complimentary tea or coffee! I didn't wait long and was brought back into the cannabis room. They have their current offerings in smell jars all labeled with sativa/indica split and thc%. They have specials every day on a big chalkboard on the wall. I ended up getting two house sativa heavy strains, Pineapple Funk and Tangerine Haze. The Tangerine Haze came very highly recommended by my bud tender and I definitely see why. Very smooth (used a larger water pipe) and flavorful. Really enjoyed the high I got with this one, very happy and kinda chatty. I got up and cleaned my bedroom haha I also really liked the Pineapple Funk. It really smells true to its name! A very pungent flower, grinds up really fluffy and has a very nice flavor. I think this one gave me a little more motivation than the other but I preferred the Tangerine slightly. 10/10 will return to this dispensary.

This is by far the best dispensary in Ann Arbor (and Michigan) I have been to thus far. Everyone here was incredibly welcoming and informative. I have never had an experience like this. I feel like I was being duped by all the other dispensaries I was going to. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would make the trip out to Bloom City Club. These ladies deserve all the hard work they put into serving patients. The service is outstanding and the selection is amazing. I have never seen so much, everything is tested and all labeled in the most detailed way I have seen. The budtenders are so friendly, I felt like I was friends with everyone even though it was my first time here. I will be coming back and calling this my home collective. Please give this place a try if you're a patient in Michigan, if you haven't you're missing out! Give the Jack Herrer strain a try if you are someone who suffers from chronic cluster migraines. It works wonders! The pre-rolls here also burn very slow and they look to be hand rolled. They are very smooth and I would highly recommend any of the strains they have here at Bloom City to a patient. I will be giving many more a try!

Wow!!! Where do I begin?! When I arrived at Bloom City Club, I had to do a double take! This can not be a dispensary?! This place looks like a dream spa. I walked in with my aunt, who's from out of state. Bloom City Club made both of us feel welcome. The warm and inviting atmosphere that is within Bloom City Club is unlike any dispensary that I have encountered here in the Mitten state. The flower is tremendous, nice and dense nuggs that have heavenly and invigorating aromas. Top shelf selections that are through the roof. The Cuvee (flower) hits right away with a smooth and sweet taste that is uplifting and energizing. The Cuvee (live resin) tastes like a sweet and savory experience, and it's clean flavor made me smile. The mediedible selection is by far the best in terms of variety and pricing. Rebecca was truly a budtender through and through and was wonderful to talk to and engage with. Bloom City Club was like catching up with a good friend that one hasn't seen in awhile. I will definitely be a patron of Bloom City from now on and will be speaking their praises to everyone!

VERY friendly staff!! As soon as I walk in I get a "Hello how are you? Could I offer you something to drink? Water,coffee,tea?" Super nice explaining things to me since it was my first time. Even though I walked in with only 20 minutes till they closed they acted like they had all night. Not even considering rushing me. I picked a couple different selections and was seriously impressed with the quality and selection. Only complaints I have for this lovely establishment are parking was a little funky,and I didn't see a tip jar. Wasn't sure if I could or who to tip since everyone was AWESOME! I go to Bloom every 2 weeks. They always have a great selection and wide range of product. Everyone is ALWAYS so nice. I also love the feel of the place. Shatterdays Sales are my favorite! Defiantly my favorite dispensary to go to.

This was my first visit to any dispensary as a new MMJ patient and I could not be any more grateful for the service and attention I received during my visit. All of the people are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is laid back and comforting; they ask you if you want any refreshments when you arrive and get signed in. Great product, plenty of flowers, types, edibles, glassware, etc. I loved this place and would definitely recommend. Just a simply awesome experience. Just wanted to reach out and let you know how truly impressed with your dispensary I was today. It was my first time in and I walked in with a rush of people. Although there was a rush - it never felt rushed!! Light paperwork and warm greeting we were taking in the vast variety of meds. I go to dispensaries weekly and was highly impressed by your online menu and the in store display. The organic and high quality products were refreshing as was the fair pricing. So was the organization and simple shop like feel. I felt like I was in a boutique not a dispensary! Being a woman from the business world, I walked in and knew this place was organized by my fellow women! Sorry boys, women are just smarter. Good meds love the selection. definitely one of the cleanest dispensaries I've been to in A2, in the same league as the A2 wellness collective, Om of medicine, and tree city, but what will keep my friends and I returning to bloom is the value, the beautiful ladies there always seem to have something that is a bargain at every level whether it is flower, edibles, or concentrates.

My wife and I came here for the first time and we had a great experience. The employees were very friendly and knowledegable, and we didn't have to wait long at all. They also have a great selection here. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to Detroit dispensaries for too long. This was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was SUPER friendly. The place as very clean and felt dedicated to the customer. Rebecca was super sweet, knowledgable and helped me find all kinds of fun new strains and ways to medicate.

Certainly one of the nicest dispensaries in the area, and my personal favorite. Owned and operated by women, Bloom sets the standard in dispensary hospitality, comfort, and thoughtfulness. I've recommended it to all of my friends and try to stop by each time I'm in Ann Arbor. Great selection of high-CBD products and RSO and local selections of the seasonal organic flower.

This is really the only dispensary I go to anymore. The quality of products is always excellent. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. And the staff is truly the most knowledgeable and trustworthy I've encountered. Always impressed by this business!

Very polite and helpful staff with a great selection of top shelf high quality buds. All of the strains were labeled for sativa/indica ratio and they were also labeled with stickers indicating organic. I bought a few products and an individual gram that they rounded up to 1.3 to keep the nug intact! Prices are higher than in Detroit but the quality speaks for itself!

I enjoyed Bloom so much! Their atmosphere was friendly, comfortable, and looked really nice and clean. They had an amazing selection and a friendly and kind staff. I definitely walked out the door smiling and would recommend Bloom to others.

the ladies are wonderful and very helpful the products i bought were top quality i tried the OG13 and the super glue both were awesome. will be back the ladies were helpful to the point that they printed me a map to get home. ann arbor can be confusing if you dont know the city really well. great place, great people. great products. bought some magic bars they were great and at the best price of the other places i go. i could only eat 1 and wished i would have cut it in half. potent 160mg. tasted really good to.

Classy as fuck

My first time to bloom city was absolutely like no other dispensary I've been to. It's very one on one friendly service from the moment you walk in. Trisha walked me through my paperwork like a dream. While waiting they had there website loaded on iPads to breeze through there selections. Out of all the dispensaries I've been to Rebecca was by far the most Knowledgeable bud tender I've ever met. Blew me away. The concentrates are awesome and the jack f1 is to die for. Definitely worth checking out!
