Never a bad experience at this dispensary. Most learned staff I have encountered. I always feel like friends here. Have everything to meet all your medicinal needs. The atmosphere is spot on. Don't miss out on the DoriBalm if you have arthritis...a miracle in itself.

My favorite dispensary hands down. I've been coming here for over two years now even though it takes me an hour drive time. Warmly greeted each time and the budtenders are friendly and well informed. They have gone above and beyond (if I didn't like something or needed a particular strain). I am happy to know this place is around and will continue to make the trip whenever I can!

Best dispensary in Ann Arbor

Friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the strains including THC/ CBD content, terpene profiles, and the best matches for various ailments. Staff is always patient and able to answer all questions. Great variety of flower, edibles, CBD, and more. Highly recommended !

bloom City Club is single-handedly the bust dispensary in Ann Arbor period.. everything about this place is perfect their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable there's so much to choose from I love the variety and in a city like Ann Arbor not having to pay for parking as a perk they have their own parking lot I simply cannot say enough about how much I love this dispensary

Great addition to the historic Water Hill neighborhood. Best loud East of Caly!!! The Cherry Pie and Death Star were amazing. They tell me those varieties are grown organically in soil. The smooth smoke makes the medicine go down easy :)

While waiting for my lovely card to arrive from the Mitten, I some how threw out my back. I have zero interest in going and being put on pain meds. So a good friend suggested that I go and speak with Bloom to seek out CBD options without THC. When I arrived I was greeted by Blake who helped assist me with product options. It was awesome to work with her because of her huge knowledge of the products and the fact she also uses them. By listening to her own experiences, I was able to choose the right products for myself. She made me feel so comfortable that I was able to open up to her about another medical condition that I'm experiencing that I wouldn't want to just share with anyone. The atmosphere is beyond relaxing and it was really nice to observe staff know patients by name and greet them with a smile the second they came through the door. I've been in other dispensaries where the atmosphere was just off and weird. At the end of my transaction Blake asked that I give them updates how my body responds to the CBD treatment so they can be informed to also help other patients that may come in with the same issues. Being a professional in the Ann Arbor area I'm beyond impressed with this dispensary and would recommend it to anyone. It is clear this dispensary is in a class of its own.

I would hands down have to say this is one of the MOST pleasant and comfortable dispensaries I've visited! In two words: World Class! They offered complimentary tea, coffee or water upon entering with a smile! The staff members were knowledgable, professional, friendly and overall superb! I would highly recommend at least one visit! And...there's onsite parking and the architecture is outstanding (decor too)!!!

Top notch dispensery!! Beats my Denver,Detroit,Taos and Albuquerque favorites. The staff was most helpful, never felt rushed and the choices were classic. To quote the Terminator,"I'll be back".

As soon as you walk in you are surrounded by comfort. The receptionist asks first if you would like coffee or water. The atmosphere and assistance for my specfic allilment was spot on.
