Bloom Medicinals - Akron

I left two stars because this place does have good sales. I would’ve preferred to have left none. If I were you I would not shop here unless you’d like to wait. I mean really wait, hours, even the entire afternoon. Forget planning any errands with this trip. That was my experience pretty much every time I visited this place. There were people spilling out of their lobby into the parking lot before the pandemic issue. Now they have a security guard directing customers away from the building. Set aside the fact I have to drive an hour to get here. It is complete and total horse manure that I would put an order into this place 12 hours prior to being texted that it was ready for pick up and then being told that there are 300 people in a queue ahead of me. This place has no business cuing more customers than it has a building permit for. Needless to say this is why I won’t be shopping here. I don’t like waiting all day or wasting gas. They are decent sales. Nothing is being given away free here. Bottom line. Still your time and money. My advice, spend it elsewhere, save the stress.

Employees were kind and knowledgeable; wait is nearly non-existent every time I go. Prices are reasonable and sales are great! Have already recommended to a few friends

I have shopped at this dispensary 8 times so far. I have 3 dispensaries that are all 15 minutes or less from my house and Bloom is my favorite. The staff have always been friendly and fast. The product selection is varied and very high quality. I have never waited longer than 2 or 3 minutes once I was checked in so they are also quick and courteous.

Went to the Akron Bloom Dispensary because the Painesville Dispensary was closed. Excellent choice. The staff went out of the way to make sure I was educated on the type of products available and those that fit my need to deal with chronic pain. I would recommend those in the Akron are use this dispensary. Will be my go to until Painesville re-opens.

Slymon is the absolute best! Very helpful and knowledgeable and always pleasant. I’ve never had a bad experience at Bloom and always get good product.

I drive an hour to get here and the staff is always friendly and professional. I particularly love the cleanliness of the facility. You are always greeted with a hello when you first arrive and the individual consultants in the back are knowledgeable and friendly.

Honestly this is the only one I have been to and I don't plan on going anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Quality products, easy, online ordering, and quick pick up. The prices aren't always the best, but it's Ohio, what do you expect?

Was a quick and efficient experience. Jacob was great and knowledgeable about products. Had products that were hard to find at other dispensaries.

I’ve only had my card for 2 weeks and have only been to 2 different dispensary (including this one), and while I didn’t have a problem with the other place, Bloom was just so professional and willing/capable of answering any of my questions that I had in regards to product and the nuances of the medical program. I would recommend this place to anybody and will absolutely make the drive here again!

Best selection in the area. Not a fan of the parking situation but they are always quick and adequately staffed.

I like everything about this Dispensary it’s a very wonderful place that provides a wonderful service the people are very nice in my experience. I didn’t see anywhere to request an edit here on Leafly but the hours here actually changed they’re open until 8PM now every day.

I loves how friendly everyone was, from the front desk staff to the workers helping with choosing the best products they have. they have a huge selection and the staff are very knowledgeable. the whole process was very fast.

It has good customer service. They will give u knowledge if u ask but are quick for computer orders for those of us just making a quick stop. Hopefully in future there will be a smoking section where u smoke out . Only complaint is when they realize something is hot they up the price 10 dollar like Eden trees

Absolutely love it here, whenever I go they are friendly, knowledgable and, efficient. Greats deals through out the week, makes bloom my go to spot every time!

I went to Bloom for the first time last week and it was without a question my best dispensary experience to date. Lowell helped me and he was so kind and informative. He took the time to discuss the product with me and answer any questions I had. The products I left with were affordable and great quality and I left more with more knowledge on them than I went in with.
