The staff at Bloom are all knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. All products I have purchased so far I am very satisfied with. I find the prices at Bloom are well below many other dispensaries (comparing same strains) - and for me the location is very convenient with ample parking which I like. Thanks Bloom!!

Inside this dispensary it looks great. There's bright lighting and it's set up very similar to a pharmacy, with people behind the counter and product prepackaged. I came in to purchase an ounce because I am a OMMP card holder. I was told that I couldn't purchase an ounce because it wouldn't be fair to send somebody (with a OMMP card) home with a bunch of product while the rec users only get 1/4. Really? So basically you're telling me you don't want my business? I was actually offended. That's cool, I know I will not be returning. I have not tried the bud I did purchase yet but I would like to point out that everything is prepackaged and if it's weighed (which I guess they hope nobody does) it comes up short. Don't forget, once it's in your hands, you're stuck with it. The parking in the back is very shady where mentally ill homeless people are walking around. It's a very unsafe environment (parking lot, not the dispensary). I wouldn't suggest turning around OMMP holders because we have legit health issues and that is why we have the card in the first place. I've had my card since 2007. They said that Bloom was originally a dispensary for OMMP holders which is very difficult to believe after being told I can't buy an ounce. They want to look cool to all the rec users so I won't return.

Melanie graciously greeted me on my first visit. The decor and aesthetics of the interior of the store is very well done and classy. Melanie gave excellent service, answered all my questions, provides lots of feedback on different products, and also offered a really great extract for vaping that I am currently enjoying a lot. I have been to several dispensaries in town and this one has huge potential to be the best one yet. They are growing one of the best stains I have seen in a long time called "Starz" I have diabetic neuropathy in my legs and a little of this stuff went a long way with helping my pain level...I will for sure be back for more! Definitely GO! I had a bit of a wait, but my patience definitely paid off in dividends. Great location and it has an awesome variety of flowers. Staff is super nice and is definitely well versed in their product.

The bud was too damn expensive. $20 for a gram of some mediocre weed? I'll save my money for some fire at another spot

I went in with my fiance who had been a couple times and picked up some BlackBerry Cheesecake and LasVegas Purple Kush. Babe got a free prerole of Agent Orange and it was A1. We went home with our flowers and had a smoking party of two. I can't remember the young man's name but he knew his shit. Very helpful! Def comin back again

I wasn't going to say anything because I'm a pushover so I put it off and I also know nothing will be done to fix it (although they probably will respond to this to come in). I won't return to buy more, not going to fall for that again. It's my loss. Bloom is a nice shop but they included a vaporized bud in my bag and I'm not happy at all. I'm only posting this to warn visitors and make sure they open it and show you everything to avoid this in the future. Whoever did it should feel guilty for doing such a thing.
