Bloom - Portland

Inside this dispensary it looks great. There's bright lighting and it's set up very similar to a pharmacy, with people behind the counter and product prepackaged. I came in to purchase an ounce because I am a OMMP card holder. I was told that I couldn't purchase an ounce because it wouldn't be fair to send somebody (with a OMMP card) home with a bunch of product while the rec users only get 1/4. Really? So basically you're telling me you don't want my business? I was actually offended. That's cool, I know I will not be returning. I have not tried the bud I did purchase yet but I would like to point out that everything is prepackaged and if it's weighed (which I guess they hope nobody does) it comes up short. Don't forget, once it's in your hands, you're stuck with it. The parking in the back is very shady where mentally ill homeless people are walking around. It's a very unsafe environment (parking lot, not the dispensary). I wouldn't suggest turning around OMMP holders because we have legit health issues and that is why we have the card in the first place. I've had my card since 2007. They said that Bloom was originally a dispensary for OMMP holders which is very difficult to believe after being told I can't buy an ounce. They want to look cool to all the rec users so I won't return.

decent flower yet ive had a few issues with bloom. the fact that everything is pre packaged makes for high chances youll get something old or dry. happens over half the time i go. i had something dated as fat back as 2/18/15 when i purchased it at in the beginning of October. id much rather visit other shops in the area

This was a great place that had really good product. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Looks nice, friendly staff but I wasn't stoked with the flower I was given. First of all, I hate when I can't see what I'm actually buying. This is one of those shops that has the few pretty buds out for display but they keep the majority of the flower out of sight. I bought some Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie that was poorly trimmed and had seeds! I also bought some Jack the Ripper that wasn't impressive either. I probably won't bother returning because of it.

The good bad and ugly The good i have had the pleasure of meeting two employees and the owner. Its very refreshing to walk into a dispensarys and talk to employees that are educated on products and yet not completely faded, dab out, stoned like most dispensarys in town. The bad This place is huge use it. There are only 3 displays and no refrigerator. The down right UGLY Pre package products that are not scaled out in front of the customer. Back room handling of products feels reminiscent of black market deals. I get that this place used to be a bank but the glass wall is impersonal and make one feel as if you dont trust us....as in why should we trust what you grabbed out of the back room and pre bagged is what we ordered? I have never been wronged here im just making a point. I used to come here all the time because they had the best prices on concentrate but all the other dispensarys in town have sence matched price and also run deals on wed and sat that beat there price. Also on my 1st visit i was told that they dont give a free gift as advertised and that it must have been a different bloom location. I and my wife and friends have never received a VIP text. The owner is nice and the employees are nice so no disrespect to them. I just hope they learn to trust their customers and intergrate more into there beautiful store.

The local is clean and open for exploring the product. They've a nice breakdown of produce and specs, via signage. I've come in with a different scope and they offer a few suggestions. Much appreciated on the insight and the banter. The employees don't hold their noses up and this is a great feeling. They are respectful and offer some great suggestions. The prices are reasonable. I plan on frequenting this spot time and time again.

I like this place! The menu is pretty big and the staff is always the first to let you sniff the buds, and they're efficient and friendly.

Friendly service and a good selection. The Purple Alien was frosty and delicious. I would recommend.

I came in today 1/19/18 for my first visit and I must say this is my spot from now on. I live in Hillsboro but work in North Portland and I plan to stop here everytime I need quality and quantity. I asked for small bills back for change and completely spaced out on tipping because we had such a great conversation, my apologies and next time I'll definitely remember! Tipping your budtender is a must, especially with these fine people!

This was a very nice dispensary with a good selection of cannabis. They have their bud pre measured and in bottles which is slick but be sure to check the labels as I received the wrong strain last time I went. It was an honest mistake as the strain were similar in name so I'd still recommend them. Enjoy!

I just wanted to point out that many of the people working here do not have experience with the medical side of cannabis. It's sad when instead of being able to have someone explain to me the product they are selling I show up and they don't have half of what's listed and they have no idea about what it is they are selling. good for rec bad for med

Just moved to the neighborhood and found these guys, and very glad I did. Great selection and great prices with a friendly staff. Definitely my go to spot from now on. Highly (pun intended) recommend a visit!

I have been to this location a few times now and have been very pleased with the overall service and quality. The staff seems well educated on their products, and are easy to talk to. I will defiantly be going here again.

Fabulous shop in north PDX with a wide selection of flower and concentrates. Not too many edibles, but they carry the essentials.

good parking and a very good supply of all kinds. The young man who assisted me was very courteous and knowledgable. I will come again.
