Scammed me and my girlfriend. Sold us Nothing but trim & shake, didn’t know till we got home because product was not shown to us and you are not allowed to look In your bag while in store. We simply trusted the cashiers recommendation. Why recommend trim and shake to a customer that didn’t ask for it. Shady business, they were just trying to get rid of a product rather than actually do what’s best for the customer. Manager could not help or offer solution. There are many better dispensaries in Vegas both service and quality. I do not recommend BLUM. Don’t let thier deals fool you, product will be sub par and most other dispensaries will have deals and promotions running on better quality product. BEWARE

Not bad, never crowded only fault is that whenever I place a order for pick up it's never ready when I get there. I've placed an order almost 4hrs ago and still waiting on confirmation.

This location is horrible. They are selling Cherry Diesel 14 grams of shake in unsealed packages and the one I bought wasn't even a full 14 grams it was only 11 grams. I didn't ask in the store because the bud tenders don't hand you the bag of weed so you can check to see if it's sealed. I've actually never bought an unsealed product in my life. Who knows who tampered with it? The managers refused to do anything because I had left the store and argued with me over the phone that it was sealed and then went on to say that they don't seal those packages. I have went to the Blum on Decatur and they ALWAYS seal the packages. Horrible service. Fraud. Product tampering. Rip off.

Very disappointed, the bud tender was such an ahole I literally almost just walked out , he dint have an answer to any of my questions and was very rude I heavent felt that uncomfortable in a very long time, I'm not sure I'll be back tbh, not if this guy is there I took a pic of him btw in case someone doesn't believe me

I live very close by this Blum location and find it to be very good for my needs. They do tend to run out of products, but that's the name game in this city. The veteran's discount is also very nice and keeps me coming back. My experiences have only been with friendly staff. Not the most knowledgeable, but friendly. As long as I live in the neighborhood, I'll be coming back.

I'm a medical patient and this was my first time here, so I was excited when I found out I would receive a penny 1/8 with a minimum purchase of $50 spent. so I picked out an 1/8 that the sales rep stated was $50, however after she rang it up she advised me I needed to spend more money because they were out of $50 1/8s. I think they just wanted to upsell. I felt completely taken advantage of so I left to another dispensary. would not recommend DESERT INN location

First time at this location. Like the set up. Service at check in could be worked on. Upon sales rep was kool real nice guy, only thing is I asked for a hybrid or sativa and got sold an indica. I did say it more than once and he said it would be. That was disappointing and the oil cartridges are not worth the prices here. Definitely not coming back when I left check out was nice also.
