Paislie and Jonathan were so amazing with their customer service tonight. I not only got help when the credit card services were down, but both of these amazing humans made it possible for me to not have to travel afar for the CBD I so badly needed. Great place to come for your medical needs, I’m so happy here. Parking Security and front desk people Daniel is very welcoming, but when I got to the back they where so patient and professional with me, they brought out the sheets to very the percentage and showed me all products, very knowledgeable with the tools. Even with construction going on, this is still the best spot in town! Staff is always friendly and willing to help out or answer any questions, Location is clean and always welcoming, And they always Have the best products and deals in town! They even Price Match all their products with the other shops in town As long as its the same Batch/Percentage. Sierra and Brian were able to help me choose some fire dabs with some awesome terps by MPX, along with some fresh flower by Natures Chemistry and IVXX! Can’t forget Josh for always making the experience an enjoyable one with his laughs and jokes.

Blüm has some amazing service. Very fast and free delivery (on orders over $50) and they sometimes include free goodies as a wonderful surprise. I will from now on always order through Blüm as my primary provider of bud and other weed products.

Went in to buy some cookies badder and when I got home and opened it was dry and crusty. Nothing like what badder is supposed to look like. Before I left my budtender said "don't lose your receipt, you can bring it back for an exchange if anything is wrong with it" I went back to exchange it and the manager took forever in the back, came back out to tell us that its fine the consistancy looks fine. Can't exchange or refund its against state law. Worst experience ever! Never going there again. ✌
