Bridge City Collective - Southeast Portland & Delivery

Another strain review for y'all: just to keep peeps updated and my memories fresh! ;p Christina the "wonder bud tender" recommended this strain when I asked for this: "Something with that would make me feel like I just drank a nice warm cup of coffee but took two tylenol." She says, "hmm..." I am scrolling through the menu and as my finger stops at the exact same place she says, " Brown Sugar Cookies," and I said, "Exactly." Now. For this specific strain, I ordered juicy's chocolate chip cookie flavored papers and this truly tastes like a brown sugar cookie...and does EXACTLY what it's intended to do! Lol. A cup of coffee and umm...I'd say maybe a bit stronger than a Tylenol for some. Depending on tolerance. Perfecto :* once again, Bridge City!! =D

I've noticed they charge a lot more than 25% for rec customers.

Amy is very knowledgeable about the various oils, advantages of each, how they are produced, effects, and side-effects. She really treated me as a person and not just another customer asking the same questions. Ended up with the Luminous Botanicals Meadow oil for which I visited. I've since used on my hands for my recent hand surgery. Nice effect for pain management. This was my first visit to a cannabis store. There is a almost overwhelming fragrance of product in the store. Sort of like going into a cannabis based Lush store!

friendly atmosphere

Bridge City SE was the first dispensary I went to post-legalization and so far it's my favorite. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about strains. They directed me to the right medicine for my needs! I'm so happy they had my lady Jillybean in stock. She keeps me emotionally regulated and more in control of my Fibro symptoms. Thee budtendress (I wish I got her name) recommended a new beast mode strain called Jack Herer, so Jack and Jill, get it?

Great selection of products and very friendly staff.

Not too bad of a place but nothing to hoop and holler about. One employee seemed pretty upbeat. The other one I got was venting about explains the same thing over and over again to customers cause of 4/20. Awkward when I just wanted to grab some quick weed. Almost ended up leaving after hearing the frustration from the employee.

I LOVE Bridge City in the SE. It's right across the street from where I work and just so happens to be a shop run by the nicest, most knowledgable budtenders I've ever come across. The only deduction I gave was 4/5 regarding "atmosphere" simply because there's not much by way of decor or anything like that. But hey, who cares, right? It's about the quality and the service -- and boy, do they get that right. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Bridge city and its other store on North Williams, same owner both stores, has become my all-around favorite store in Portland. The fact that they have delivery which is free if you have a minimum order of 50 or more and great daily specials that really take a bite out of the price tag. But the most impressive thing about this place are the people who work here. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their customers. For instants one time they delivered the wrong cartridge to me so the next day they came over and gave me the new cartridge without any kind of fee and also let me keep the one I was going to return it was unopened. But I thought that was really cool. Many delivery people probably would’ve taken it back for themselves even. No such shadiness going on here. They have some of the best prices especially on concentrates and lots of CBD products. Also one time I bought a Dr. jollies battery from them and coincidentally it broke within a week. Of course, they had no problem replacing it but they insisted that they upgrade me for free to the FFE battery. Way above and beyond in my book. If you get a chance, to check out this little gem I highly encourage you because you will not be sorry.

Love that they carry premium organic cannabis. I got 2 seperate 1/4s but instead of the discounted price, I paid full for each 1/4. Which was a $48 difference. Realized right after I left and came right back. I was gonna let it go but took a chance and they were more than willing to fix it! And was able to walk out with another 1/8 with that $48! This has now become one of my favorite spots. Didn't get the ladies name but she was really great. True compassion and customer service!
