Bridge City Collective - North Portland

Apparently you are not allowed to hold the container to smell your selection. They also only sell prepackaged bottles. Which is odd since I had to get less of what I wanted because their bottles are prepackaged. I unfortunately will not return here because of that.

Portland has a lot of dispensaries and more keep opening. This market will eventually reach a saturation point where stores begin to close. The ones that are able to thrive through this are not going to be the best designed ones or the ones playing the hippest music but it will be the locations that consistently provide a memorable and enriching customer experience. That is what you will get every time at Bridge City Collective. You are always greeted and welcomed with genuine enthusiasm. The bud tenders here know how to probe with great questions to determine "what's right" for the customer. The individuals working here are beyond knowledgeable and demonstrate a genuine desire to match you up with the appropriate product. I am consistently blown away and leave feeling like I didn't just go somewhere and buy some weed but I feel like I went somewhere and had an experience. Extra recognition to Amber (the scientist that helped me find a way to sleep better), Chris (so skilled at explaining the product in layman's terms and helping to educate me), and Max (welcoming, friendly, and making the call to use a bigger font on the menu is the kind of innovative thinking an organization needs). I am going to keep coming here even if I move out of the neighborhood.

BCC has got a great selection of concentrates, and have always been kind to show me whatever I want, and will show me other items I might not even know about. It’s been great coming to this collective, it’s local, reliable, and definitely a place I continue to visit. If you have questions about specific strains, the bud tenders will either be honest and let you know they haven’t tried it, or let you know something that they have tried that might be similar. There is trust, and feel confident in the recommendations that are made.

Your experience here is highly dependent on which bud tender is working. I’ve had a mix of both outstanding and terrible service. It’s a fine shop if it’s conveniently located for you but I wouldn’t go out of my way to shop here. There are some better options.

VERY helpful staff. Nice, very knowledgeable. I didn’t have to do any research before talking to them. (I already knew, but they had more helpful things to add about the products ). Very easy to find location and fabulous prices. I’m not sure why I haven’t visited before!

Bridge City is my own personal neighborhood pot shop version of "Cheers" if anyone reading this remembers that show! This place is an every/every other day stop for me. The budtenders are the best and always willing to find an answer to questions that come up while perusing. From terpene profiles to growing practices for specific farms they've got you covered. Help out the little guy and shop small biz!

This place is really all I could ask for. It's not like that weird place with the weights and the fake fireplace. It's not like the old days where you had to try some dudes weird vegan beer and pretend their roommates dog wasn't trying to kill you. Those kind of things are cool if you are a teenager or you are buying weed in a foreign country and want a funny story to tell. Before you get that story, you should shave that stupid thing off your chin bro. Anyway, these people are friendly and make you feel like a normal adult making a normal purchase. Which is what you are. Go You.

Bridge City collective was a fantastic mix of professionalism and a knowledgable staff. This was my first time in a Portland shop, and they made me feel right at home. I enjoyed the 10% off as a new customer, and am looking forward to another visit.

I really enjoy going to this dispensary. I've only been there a few times on my commute north, but every time has been great. The budtenders are nice and receptive to questions, and the ambiance isn't anything overly in-your-face. It is just what you need from a dispensary.

I am not a MJ smoker, but I loved the atmosphere and vibe here. Very knowledgeable staff compared to the other locations we visited locally, and everything was about informing us. Very clean, very polite and very professional. Must go.

The people who work at this shop are fantastic and professional. I just happened in because I was in the neighborhood and needed edibles (I currently have an awful cold and shouldn't be smoking anything), but I'll probably make this place my #1 stop from now on. Seriously, I live nowhere near here or their other location, but the guys behind the counter and in the reception area today were so friendly and helpful that I'll totally go out of my way to come back. Awesome experience, truly.

I have been a medical patient since the very beginning, so definitely have made my rounds through the dispensaries in Portland… This one is by far my favorite! Not only do they have the best strains, quality, and variety, but the atmosphere, and the customer service, is out of this world friendly!! I would recommend this shop to any of my patients, friends, or family! They make you feel like family the second you walk in the door! Ernie is extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, patient, and kind. The meds are first rate. The staff in front is very friendly and welcoming!

Very professional, clean atmosphere. Not all of the strains were out, but that's to be expected on the first day.
