I like the convenience of ordering online then picking up.

First time visitor. Lots of product. CRAP service. I inquired about a product that was on display but not on the little menu next to it, the guy who was helping me said it might not ring up properly because it’s the last one. I said it’s fine, I can wait if it needs to get fixed. He says okay and puts my two DIFFERENT items in the bag and takes it over to check out. When I get to check out, in the bag was actually two of the same item. Luckily I caught it and the register worker proceeded to grab the correct item. TLDR: if you know they have something you want this place is fine. But don’t expect the sad-excuses-for-budtenders to actually help you with anything you need or even get the correct items in your bag that you want...

Theres really nothing wrong with this place...err sort of. Dont know if this is. just a 4th of July weekend thing but it looks like a whole new team of budtenders....only a few hold overs and these folks seem worried. Went there yesterday noticed the bud tender change bought four prerolls from the same bud tender i had the day before. That was a good transaction she turnef me onto the Sitka product line. The other two timed things got haywire...I tried to buy 3 SPP prerolls same bud tender put only two in the bag so paid for and got home with 2. Today I asked for Blue Dream and came home with Blueberry.???? Im happy with what I got but its a bit frustrating...something seems to go off kiltet every other time or so. Is it worth the adventure? Yeah sorta. Maybe its new management if it os they have their work cut out for them. The Prohibition Sativa Shots seem to me to be a bit of a disappointment. And they ran out of their SPP preroll specials in a few days. Knowing Bud Hut they probably wont get more. They have a lot of stock and good prices too bad its such a hassle to buy it sometimes. Would only rec to a friend if they were experienced....

Access sucks right now due to contruction, so be careful. Great spot, great attitude from the tenders. Always willing to spend the time making sure you get what you want. Comparable prices unless you generally go black market. Tons of strains. Grams go quick so if you see something you like buy it.

Chelsa is top notch. Everyone in this store is great. We only go here Friday, Saturday, Sunday 30% off. You cannot beat this place for variety and great service Just try it!!!

Only store I go to. Love all the people there and the prices are awesome. I always find something good. I've been going here for the last year or so and no matter what business you go to you'll find days with bad experiences, but all in all I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff and quick pick up when I pre order. Very quick service. Ordered online and order was ready in 20 min.

Everybody there has always been friendly ... There is always a ready smile and a helpful soul if i've ever had questions and every single time i shop... i am made to feel like family. :)

I haven't found one thing I dislike about the place to put one way today I ordered half ounce of one thing and a quarter ounce of two other different things he noticed that who was filling my order that one of the qualities of what I ordered wasn't as good as what I usually get so he gave me I found two one thing and 1/2 ounce of another and I am much appreciative of it because I don't like low quality stuff always friendly staff always helpful and they always get to know each an individual personally to give personal preferences when needed

Took over 40 minutes to buy some weed and the deals listed on here don’t even exist. It says right across the banner “$10/ grams of wax and $2 joints” they also have $15/eighths of flower listed. They literally have 0 of these deals availible. Why advertise deals if you don’t actually have them?

best selection and price in the immediate area. I have yet to find a better place to go. it's about 10 miles farther away than my closest shop, but worth the drive for the extra savings and higher quality products. it's still a bit overwhelming everytime I go in, but if I ask for a high thc content sativa, the employees always direct me to exactly what I'm looking for.

Only place i shop as of now , lots and lots to choose from love budhut just hate location can be hard to get in and out of parking lot .

From IL, I went in here a handful of times. Each people helped me out and got me just what I needed. They definitely had me coming back more than I should have 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️ GREAT SPOT!

in my opinion, this is the best local store. not just because of the great selection and great deals. what made it the best was the customer service i received at this store. JACOB whom I first encountered. this guy's knowledge of the products was unbelievable. it was like he was able to read my mind! he was prompt and knew his way around the store. it was the most comfortable and knowledgeable fastest transaction ever. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for at a great deal in a short amount of time. thank you JACOB for making a return customer out of me. a LOT of other bud tenders could learn a thing or so from this guy.
