I loved my visit staff is great but the website for ordering online is terrible and needs to be updated you are only allowed to search for grams nothing higher.

I would have liked it if the cannabis I ordered on online (wedding cake) , was actually aviable after receiving the order ready for pick up, not show up and get told hey we whwre out of those but what about this two, so I asked for an oz of whatever the best indica or hybrid was and I got catholic school girl , which I personally would not get this cannabis ever again its not very indica like which is a bummer I was excited to try it .

They say they take returns and make you feel like a thief. I had to return indica just as the virus stuff happened And I can’t get a exchange for barely used cartridge I can’t use because of my depression. Thank you for the embarrassing experience.

I got the wrong order and since they’re not answering their phone I don’t know how to correct it.

I really like this shop and I think they are doing a great job during this Covid19 crisis. All of the staff there are knowledgeable and easy going, with the exception of one person. This one staff person seems to be irritated and have a slight attitude with me and others any time I’ve seen them working. I’m sure it’s pretty clear to management who this person is. Maybe they should have this person watch some customer service videos or something. It’s not that hard to be kind.

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly, they have good product at great prices, and they have been amazingly accommodating during the quarantine. Also, the store is really cute.
