When I placed my online order the item I ordered was for a pictured 10 pack of pre rolls and what I received was 1 pre roll. The staff helped me to return the original order and helped me buy a different multi pre roll pack. I ordered for pickup because I was in a hurry so this prolonged the process but the staff made it easier to accept.
Erin likes to start shit. Needs coached on customer service. Even if you don’t like the person do your job or you shouldn’t have one. Spend lots of money here, shouldn’t have to worry about petty fits.
I can't say enough about Eric Ibarra and his ability to help out his customer. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is attentive and empathetic. I will come back time and time again just to be served by him. Thank you Eric for your kindness and helpfulness.
They sell bad products, cartridges to be exact.. Won't allow exchanges unless we paid more for the product??? even though they told us we could return or exchange if something happened. Wouldn't go here again. In a saturated market, this isn't acceptable. Zion Cannabis is better and will keep my business there.
This is my regular disposable but out off the last 10 online orders I've placed for curbside pickup, 5 of them show as canceled and I get an email between 10 and 1030pm saying that the order has been canceled even tho I picked up the order many hours prior. Is this a glitch or is someone pocketing money I'm spending on my product? This just started happening 3 months ago.
Had a minor issue with not receiving a discount (one of a couple). I contacted them and showed my receipt and explained the issue. Was quickly responded to and said they would correct the issue no problem! Even gave me a better discount than what was missed! Woot!
HELPFUL & EDUCATED STAFF! This is my first time ordering from Burnt River Farms. I called because I had some questions and they were eager to help. When I pulled up for curbside pickup I was greeted by a SUPER FRIENDLY lady who helped me finish my transaction in record time! I WILL DEFINITELY BE VISITING THEM AGAIN!
i like the open floor plan and love the convenience of the drive threw staff is always wonderful and This is our go to 1 stop shop for most our essential green needs
