Canna Provisions - Holyoke

My first time going was this weekend and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The staff was amazing from the gentleman checking my ID to the guide that I had that literally answered my millions of questions, it was amazing trip. (Ha ha- get it.) The place was clean, friendly & knowledgeable staff and great products to boot! Check them out!!

First off I’ve been to many dispensaries in the greater western Massachusetts area, and have found this is the best atmosphere as soon as your guided into the shop. I enjoy the fact this location is set in a classic New England factory, as it sets a great atmosphere and utilizes a space from Holyoke’s rich history of being the paper city! As soon as you walk in you’ll notice the brick interior that has been decorated wonderfully with displays of cannabis products. Which sets it apart from other dispensaries in the area, as there is no open displays just glass displays hiding its products and not really allowing the customer to see and get a real feel for the items there selling. This unique shopping experience is truly its own, and makes you feel invited and encourage to be part of the experience, instead of being rushed to a glass counter to place your order. I have found the menu here to be similar to others in the area, selling the more recognized Massachusetts brands. What really made this trip a true experience was the customer service. First they actually answered the phone and answered all my questions. I’ve called other dispensaries in the area with no answer during operation hours or just an answer from someone with a mono tone voice, and Uninformative information. So please go here and make a new experience for yourself you won’t regret it! And if you have an issue with any of the products please don’t bash them through a review they just sell these products there not making them, so contact them before leaving a bad review, because this place deserves the support and the best rating!

If supporting a dispensary that skirts the CCC regulations on the regular is where you'd like to spend your hard earned money, then by all means, join the "cannafam". But in my opinion there are other, better dispensaries in the community.

Left a bad review about some bunk pre rolls (cost me $50 for 3 pre rolls none smoked) I made a bad review on my computer through my girlfriends email by accident days later when she went in some lady pressed her about the review with an aggressive manner. I had over $4000 spent at that location and they still treated me and my girlfiend like shit over a review which was cause they practically stole from us and when I asked for a refund the guy said to meet him around back so the camera won’t see him giving me my refund for my bunk ass joints I would love to go tell them this instead of leaving a review but I generally don’t do good with confrontation I’ll just put myself in trouble cause I’m not letting some buisness owner from the suburbs of long meadow or some shit talk to me like that without catching a charge. Mind you if your truly from Holyoke you should know not to just be giving everyone an attitude that’s how you lose business or even worse feel me

This is the grocery store of cannabis products nice lay out knowledgeable employees/ guide's easy location great quality strains for all budgets no long ✋ have to 👀 to believe

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Building is unique, but very easy to find your way in. The shop was set up like a boutique that you could poke around in for a bit. Bring a friend!

Stopped by and bought 2 8ths of NYC Haze (piff) barely got 3 blunts worth. Mostly sticks and stems can’t believe you sold this to customers. Wrote to customer service and no response. Wasted $110. SMH

Cana Provisions in Holyoke Ma is by far one of my favorite Western Ma dispensaries. Im always greeted by friendly knowledgeable people that always seem to know exactly what you are looking for. The selection is incredible featuring dozens of different brands of herbal products along with local glass pieces and fun weed products. Their store is gorgeous and reminds me more of a classic general store vs the jewelry store atmosphere where all your products are sold in glass cases.

This place is a frigging museum. Coolest dispensary I've ever seen. Doesn't have the stale/ sterile vibe of most dispensaries. The manager Isais greeted me and he was super helpful, knowledgable and professional. I was a huge fan of their flower selection and just want to spend all my money there!!

Very cool atmosphere, delicious bud, and friendly, enthusiastic staff! They're very knowledgeable and clearly have a great love of the product. The vibe of the store is really cool and industrial, and their jump suits are so great! I will definitely be returning!

Great place. I've been to most of the dispensaries in western mass, and this one was the most welcoming, and efficient. Preorder is quick and easy for those who want to get in, and out. This is the first dispensary I've been to where you can actually walk around, browse the products, and ask questions to an appointed guide. Staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. Great products, GIANT menu. I would definitely recommend.

I want to say for my first time in a dispensary this place was awesome...everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable about all products very welcoming from the doorman to the guide!! I’ll be back definitely!!! Very beautiful atmosphere!!!
