DO NOT TRUST ANY 5 STAR REVIEW. THEY PAD THE REVIEWS BY GIVING MONEY TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. I quit from them after 4 days. I have been budtending for over 2 years and this was by far the worst experience as someone who works in the e industry. They lie to their potential hires saying you will get 40 hours a week for work, when in reality they only give you 30 with the potential to get an extra 8 hours for “on call”. We got yelled at and threatened with points on our record for someone not filling up the stapler (Jeffery if you read this, fuck you) their discounts only work for certain products and they create a very hostile work environment that is super clickish. I do not recommend shopping at any location who lie to their employees and incentivize writing false reviews.

This is my place! Always nice budtenders. Music is a little loud, but worth it.

This has been my goto store since legalization when they had the terrible parking lot but I WILL NEVER GO BACK it's changed for the worst they're the Walmart of dispensaries I've only ever had 2 complaints about this place b4 recently the first time it was fixed but more recently they didn't even have the decency to respond to an email or phone call I got hung up on and the manager at liberty lake was absolutely awful and all I wanted to know was how come my temporary ID was not accepted and I was lied to about it other stores have better quality and just as cheap prices now my suggestion go there where they have respect for there customers

Fast service

On Saturday (25th), the tall guy working in the evening, was very rude, unhelpful, and really lacked any customer service skills. Was very disappointed in my visit. I love it when you can get advise, and learn anything from and about cannabis. Also friendly out going people are a plus, your flower rocks.

Very clean, neat, organized store. Large screens show the menus plus many items on display in cases. Excellent tier system to save you money! Plus points to earn free items or discounts. Online order discount plus special fast line in the store to pickup your order. Website is super user friendly and gives price and THC% without needing to click first. Super friendly, knowledgeable budtenders. Love this place!

Staff is professional and knowledgeable. No long waiting here, inventory is well controlled. Tara was great at offering a good choice to meet our needs. a few places are closer, but Liberty Lake is the best for quick professional service
