Cannabis, has the Best Customer Service, Great Deals and Donation Prices. They Treat you as if you're a long time friend and they care about their Customers

Pros: The specials here are the best I've found! This shop had a great selection of meds and even more impressive spread of clones (though the clones were double the donation price of their competition). The location is incredibly well designed with a comfortable artistic feel. Nice and energetic staff are employed here and their personal goals and passions to grow the business was apparent and appreciated (clearly motivated). Cons: For patients interested in a private atmosphere, this is not your place. When I was back picking out my meds, multiple people (either employees not working or friends of employees hanging around) were lingering in the back and not creating the most comfortable shopping experience. This is why I gave 3 stars for atmosphere, while the location was incredible, the presence of so many non-customers was weird and slightly awkward as well. Final Thought: There are some small improvements that could be made, as with most new businesses, but the passion is clear and I will be back. The dispensaries around are still new and over time it will be clear who takes and adjusts to feedback well. This stores clear motivation leads me to believe that over time adjustments will be made and this will be a leading shop for Springfield for a long time.

Staff were attentive, friendly and service was prompt. Variety...yes, with the opportunity to smell and see under a magnifying glass. Some pretty stuff. I'll go back...hopefully the air conditioning will be in!

Been in a few times now and I wanted to wait to rate the place until I had been a few times to see how the experience was. 1st experience in this shop was perfect. Friendly receptionist and ample room to sit while they check you in, kid friendly lobby, and happy, friendly and prompt service. Went back and Eva helped me decide between a few items to try based on what I was looking for. She picked well and nailed down the flowers and edibles that did exactly what I was looking for. Even gave me a free sample for it being my first visit. It was a great way to start the shop/patron relationship. Been back now a few times and each experience was the same but was helped by others as well. Everyone at the shop seemed to be very knowledgable and friendly. Very up front with what they thought was the best fit for what I was looking for, and got it right each time. Prices are pretty standard across town I have found, but this place shined above some of the others I have visited. This is my new go-to place for medicine. The best thing of all is the hours. They really make themselves available by being open as long as they are. Being a person that works really long shifts and has chronic pain, it was sometimes hard to find time to get down to other places, but not here. Open 7 days I believe from 7am - 10pm (hope I remembered that right). To the owners/employees if you read this: Thank you! I appreciated your knowledge, quickness of service, containers, selection options and willingness to talk me through what would provide me with what I needed to combat pain and sometimes anxiety. Since most places charge about the same donations, your service and hours set you above the rest in my book. Only drawback I can think of is the building location and look of it from the outside if you are concerned about people knowing you have your card. It's not discrete, it looks like a MJ shop on purpose. I'm good with that, but I thought it would be worth mentioning as I know some people that prefer to keep their ownership of the card more private. Thanks again! I will be back very soon!

I've been going to cannabis for several months now, they know me and my best friend by name, they're always so friendly and the security staff makes you feel extremely safe!!! I tell all my friends to come to cannabis. It's not the closest dispensary to me but I always go there anyways. They truly want to help you find the right product, the staff is amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised to see such a good selection of clones available. The hands on knowledge made me feel comfortable. Seeds were good to see, but a display or brochure would be most helpful. The medicine was well displayed and lit, for my selecting and viewing, which also made my visit a pleasant one.

After checking out several shops in the Eugene/Springfield area, my husband and I feel that Cannabis is the BEST!!! Every staff member is friendly, helpful, courteous. This is a business that cares about it's customers, and is of the highest integrity. Plus every staff member has a great sense of humor and it always so much fun shopping here! Yay for Springfield to have this business.

Everyone is super friendly there and they give free grams to first time customers! Definitely one of the better dispensaries in town!!! :)

not my favorite. we had such a long wait and they were not following the line, just allowing whoever was standing close to the door to enter. the staff seemed rushed and annoyed. the prices were typical and the quality was typical. but with as many places to buy, you would think they would add some customer service in. I won't go back.

Came in to buy some bud, left with some bud. Donated $10 a gram, but if I am being honest, I can't say that this herb stands up to what I usually pick up in Eugene. Needless to say, I disagree with 90% of the reviews for this shop- I mean, do people REALLY think that Cannabis LLC is the best shop in Lane County? I doubt it. The herb that I bought was not flushed properly (harsh after-taste), so I probably won't be back this time. This was my fourth visit- I was hoping the herb quality would improve! There are some positives with cannabis llc. The staff is "nice", and seem attentive to the patients (I observed that they do express urgency to their customers, which is awesome). They carry clones, which vary in health- but hey, they are there, and they are abundant (put a fan on them for the love of god). Also, there is a lot of variety in the low to mid quality spectrum of MMJ. You can find some strains here that you can't find in other shops. If you survived this review and are still not sure, go check 'em out! Maybe it was just me?

I'm from North Dakota and I just moved out here so you would think I would want to explore dispensaries but I'm stuck on Cannabis LLC. Only place I go. Great product, reasonable prices, epic staff!

Great selection of strains you can't find anywhere else. Yes sometimes it takes a while, but what do you expect when your popular. Love the daily specials and the loyalty program. Keep up the good work!

My patient and I visited Cannabis LLC on their official opening day, after having been awarded a voucher for arriving for their 4/20 opening. When we came back the second time, it was a rather pleasant experience. The front room is unnecessarily large - and rather empty aside from the large, custom bar - but the female employee who took our information was friendly as we walked in close to closing time. Like most of the dispensary receptionists in the area, she wasn't very talkative, and there was a good five minutes of silence while she entered us into the system. Once entered, she unlocked the door to the smaller back portion of the shop, where we were greeted by two budtenders, one of whom was helping another patient. Our budtender was extremely friendly, and was quick to share experiences to make us feel welcome and on common ground. He wasn't the most astute budtender, as he told us there were a few strains available that he hadn't heard of before, but was helpful regarding those strains he was familiar with. My patient picked up an eighth of Silvertip, and has been raving about it ever since. Watching him, I could tell from the first puff, my patient felt the effects. However, we also picked up an eighth of Zonkers that unfortunately, was lackluster for a top-shelf strain. Being a hash plant-bubblegum combination, we had high hopes, as both of these are favorites of my patient. However, despite its beautiful aroma and crystallization, the strain was very mild and required a lot of use to achieve any sort of results; we will not purchase the zonkers again. The selection was quite complete, though it wasn't the most inviting design amongst the dispensaries in the valley we've visited. The pricing is right - given you select the right meds for your needs and budget - and we liked that they have three different tiers of quality. They also have a nice selection of medibles to choose from, and have more clones than any other location I've come across. They didn't have many concentrates available on Day 1, but I would assume that will change with time. Overall, this is a great location, and while we only donated for two of the available strains - and both were of their Top Shelf variety - there are plenty of other options for us to come back and try.

Awesome place, easy to find, plenty of parking and some really great people who truly care about patients. There are only a few shops in Lane county that can match this one. 100% worth a visit and you can bet it won't be your last one!

Quality Products! Knowledgeable staff and friendly.. Jen always greets us with a smile, Ryan and Amanda always make sure we get the best medicine for our medical needs.. Specials for Medical card holders is always a nice bonus. We have been to many other stores in Springfield and Eugene but Cannabis LLC will be our first choice every time.
