Medical Patients are treated like rec. users. They don't honor menu prices, claim it's third party. It's a mistake on third party, not their problem. Defective vapes are being sold constantly. Is the owner hurting for money ??

This place is #1 in Chicagoland area. Better than Moca, Ascend, THCenter. Better prices and deals. Nicer staff. Super quick in and out!! Not having to wait a long time is amazing. At Ascend, you are guaranteed to be waiting 30-40min on a Friday. At Cannabist you are in and out in 5min! Love em!

I would love to voice my opinion to all about "my" dispensary "Columbian Care Illinois". Earlier last month I received my card and was able to head on over to C.C.I., My first and all y experiences have bee a 5 plus *star if not more(a 10* star if their is such a rating on there half. The staff at Columbia Care, they are so congenial so cordial, sounderstanding to your needs mentally and physically is an "under-statement". There are not enough good words to say about Columbian Care - but to STAFF at Columbian Care , "Keep doing - what your are Doing"! isa

Columbia Care is THE BEST place on earth ....better than Disneyland ! I always get the best advise from Tom and Mickey and everyone else for my medical needs ....I never leave without a smile on my face because I know I have gotten the best medicine for my ever changing ailments ...they have a GREAT selection and I never have to worry aboout quality ...I would suggest Columbia Care to everyone I know that Columbia Care IS the only place to go and you will see what I mean after your first visit ! ......(even my grandmother loves it there ;)

Columbia care is my home dispensary now after moving into the old Irving Park area. I've been to every dispensary within 25 minutes of where I live and despite a few small issues (which they have gone out of their way to resolve for me every time), they have a great selection of products, the Curative flower and pre-rolls are priced reasonably and the quality and potency is second to none. The loyalty program is also 👌 💯 🙌! thanks for keeping us 🔥.

First off, i'm med-patient. I picked up from this place I got about 319$ worth of things. I gave them 320$ and then I used my 10$ off points. So in total it was 309$. I got my things and then I was driving home--then I noticed that the cashier/worker didnt give me back my cash (10$). So then I drove back and told them that they didn't give me my money back so they went through the process of calculating everything and then came to realize that they made a mistake. On the receipt, however, it said that I donated to their adoptive family program which I absolutely did not. After that, I get home and tried out my new RSO's and not only is it the most difficult thing to get the oil out of the syringe but whose bright idea it was to put RSO's in a GLASS syringe?! The glass shattered. Overall, this dispensary just wanted to get quantity over quality when it comes to service. They had so many people inside the dispensary and definitely not taking Covid precautions. Seems like the employees were just overworked. I absolutely do not recommend this dispensary, regardless of their prices. They are not worth the headache and hassle. Very disappointed.
