The moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted with kindness and happy people. I am a caregiver for my son and the knowledgeable staff have guided me as to what might help my son. Liz knows so much about my sons needs and makes suggestions as to what product would work for him. This was my first time here and I really appreciated how helpful the staff was in telling me about specials and discounts and explaining what all the different products could help with. Definitely going back.

This was the first dispensary I visited as a new cannabis user. I have a medical card and am hoping to use cannabis to treat IBS, pain and anxiety. I’ve been here twice, and both bud tenders I worked with seemed annoyed and were quite impatient with my naïveté. Neither had any truly useful suggestions for edible cannabis products to treat IBS or anxiety. Despite making it very clear I have no interest in smoking or vaping, I still felt very pressured on my first visit to try vape products. Frankly, working with this dispensary has made me wary of continuing to try cannabis for medicinal purposes. I become anxious just thinking about going back a third time (to this dispensary, or ANY dispensary) to try and find products I don’t have to smoke for relief.

I recently switch to Columbia Care. It is hands down better than my previous dispensary. They really take the time to let you figure out what you want and offer advice and recommendations. Ive had only great experiences.

Friendly and helpful staff, plus an amazing and reasonably priced selection of both flower and concentrate! My favorites are the IESO drizzlers that I use to fill my vape cartridge, and the quarters of shake from Nature's Grace and Wellness, which is the best value on flower that you'll find in any dispensary in the Chicago! Best dispensary in town by far!

I like that the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when you are new to the products and are confused about what is helpful for certain ailments. They never rush you and are very patient.
