walking in, it's a beautiful setting. the decor of the place is just as warm and welcoming as the staff. Ebony was such a delight to speak with! the budtenders were super nice, answered my question s and even waited patiently while I browsed their wares. This was my first time here and I came here happy, left even happier. You guys are great! J.

The staff was super helpful and was able to walk me through available product and provide recommendations on what they thought would best help my situation. They were right with their recommendations!

Good selection of flower and concentrates- good friendly service- chase bank is close by but they take credit cards which is a huge timesaver. Wheel wednesdays are legit fa sho

I changed to this dispensary after visiting 3 others, and even though this one is farther than at least 6 others to my home, this one is BY FAR the LEAST expensive! Outstanding deals for veteran's, 15% off instead of the usual 10%. And, EVERYTHING gets the discount, not just half the menu like other places. Also, use your 5% credit after EVERY $100 spent. Spin the wheel on Wednesdays for extra discount of free product. And, to top it all off, the OZ prices are the best in all of Illinois! I've shopped around and called places, no joke or exaggeration. I've already recommended 2 others, and I got a $30 credit for each of them. Just love this place!

I love how fast & easy the process is. My first visit the staff was so nice & helpful. I got $30 off my first purchase & on top of that 14% off since it was valentines day. I love this dispensary, honestly been trying to compare to others & there isn’t really a comparison. Love that they have deals & take time in making sure us patients are well taken care of, They Take their patient appreciation to a new level. I’ve been there about three-four times already since & it great & fast every time. Shopping on Wednesday’s are even better! Major plus for patient only day, Definitely recommended.

This is a follow-up to my review of May 16, 2020. On that occasion I drove the seven miles (Chicago traffic) one way to this dispensary based upon the sweet, sweet promise of a low price on a medical product that I needed. After a person on the phone confirmed to me that the product was in stock, as the product web page also claimed, it turned out that they were totally out of stock, something I learned only when I was there. At that time, their "excuse" was that their inventory system was problematic and that they were working out the bugs. They also told me at that time that their inventory system tends to be unreliable when stock of a product is low, sometimes falsely showing that the item is still in stock. So today, exactly two months later, I decided to give them another chance. What a mistake! I found a cheap and desirable price for capsules, and decided to give it a try. The web site clearly listed the price for me as being $17.70 per bottle of ten capsules. In the grossly overpriced market of Illinois medical cannabis, that's not a bad deal. I "reserved" the product online, and the reservation confirmation affirmed that the price per bottle (I ordered four) would be $17.70. So when I got there, guess what? Golly gee, it seems that they had WAY too low a price showing, and that the bottles were actually being sold for $25 each. Are they just plain incompetent, or is this a "bait and switch" where they offer a low price they never intend to honor, and then think your knees will buckle when you get there and you'll get something at a far higher price. They swore, once again, that it was just an error, and that, gosh, they had put down a wholesale price instead of a retail price. They also told me that they would make no adjustment in price to me to compensate for THEIR (not my) error. One major pricing screw-up I can understand, but now, twice in a row? What good is Columbia Care if the pricing information on their web site is basically fictional? The state of Illinois should investigate this place's inability to list honest prices (I plan to contact them), because whether it's incompetence or deliberate, people are being lured to this dispensary based on totally false pricing information. I will NEVER shop at this place again, because I don't like their bait and switch game. Two utterly wasted trips will be quite enough for me, thank you. If your time, trouble and gas money mean anything to you, you will also be wise to take your medical cannabis dollars elsewhere. I gave one star for quality, because the quality of their online information is garbage, one star for service, because false and/or incompetent pricing is worse than no pricing at all, and is the antithesis of good service, and three stars for atmosphere, simply because the physical atmosphere was acceptable, and the staff showed routine politeness, in spite of the glaring previously mentioned careless and unethical pricing incompetence. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Excellent, so close to my home!

This is definitely my favorite dispensary out of the three I have been to in Illinois! They have one of the best selections of products, which are also much lower than other dispensaries I've been to. Not only that, but I found the staff here to be extremely knowledgable. They really focus on individualized care for the patients. One of the patient care representatives, Mickey even helped me out to find my perfect dose of RSO to make into capsules. The thing I like about this dispensary is that often times, they recommend products based on my symptoms and they pay close attention to products that have worked well with me in the past and products that I didn't like. I've gone to majority of their patient care reps and they're all so genuine and kind and they all look at the patient's best interest in mind.

This was my first dispensary visit and the care is so fabulous that I have no reason to go elsewhere. I have more than one qualifying condition and these folks do a great job of uncomplicating it all. Go here and you'll never regret it!

glad I switched to Columbia care the deals are great. they have a mix&match any of the brands they carry the more you buy better then price and for every $100 spent they have a rewards $ 5 back to you to use in store also on Wednesday's they have wheel to spin haven't gone on a Wednesday yet.. as this is my frist visit so happy to see better deals and prices gear a little more for the patients I would give them a try if you like to buy in wight and love deal. this is the dispensary for me.

The prices are fantastic given the competition. The selection is also great. I like that there are specials each week for flower, as well as discounted pricing if you meet certain criteria or join the membership club. I would encourage anyone in Chicago to check this dispensary out, since you get $30 off your first purchase just for signing up.

Great service and selection for med card holders!

Had a great first experience here. As of now, the patient loyalty programs seem to be more generous than nearby Chicago dispensaries. I didn’t feel rushed and they have chairs where I can sit when I place an order. I don’t feel that all dispensaries are suited for medical patients due to the loud music and lack of seating options, but Columbia Care is different. Being able to sit down and talk to the patient care specialist was the difference between me getting my medicine or having to leave immediately due to balance issues and overstimulation. Thanks guys!
