Cannabist - Villa Park

This is really a beautiful dispensary so it is a shame I had such a horrible first experience. I bought a 10 pack of prerolls and an 1/8 of Lemon Jack from what appears to be there new Classix line. Came in a cool new tin that looks like a cassette tape. However when I opened the tin no pot inside, completely empty container. I am also a medical patient and got the medical discount but was charged recreational sales tax which I didn’t realize until I got home and found my empty container. Called and the lady that answered said to send an email with the details and no response. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this shop, definitely not the Lemon Jack in the classix tin. What a joke I’ve been buying weed for twenty years and this is the first time I’ve gotten an empty bag/container. Unreal.

Stopped in May 6th around noon staff was very rude unhelpful very poor customer service not attended to help seniors whatsoever product on the menu but when you go to the counter it's unavailable back to the menu pick another product back to the counter unavailable product again this is complete nonsense staff like I said unhelpful won't be returning

Worst customer service ever. Rude. Under staffed. Product quality and strength sub par. I used to enjoy being able to stop and grab but they made it so inconvenient that i would rather give me $$ to private distributors rather than support this deep state establishment. No wonder they are involved in city politics. America has lost again.

The layout of the place is minimal but quite stylish, everyone was very pleasant. I was assisted by Zora, who was nice and above helpful in telling me what I needed to know to make my best decisions. After leaving and trying the goods, this IS NOW my new dispensary home. Highly recommended.

This store wouldn’t allow my husband to pick up an order I placed using my email address even though I used HIS name on the order. Absolutely not conducive to people of varying disabilities who cannot easily go to the shop themselves. Such a waste of my time and effort to shop a couple hundred dollar order and not be able to get it in the end. The only time I’ve been in this shop myself was also terrible- the girl behind the counter couldn’t think straight to get my order together and it took at least 10 minutes for her to send me on my way with my online order. Thank goodness for a variety of other local shops. I’m over this one.
