Cannable Delivery & Storefront

I places an order on the 16th they never came so I canceled my order. They still charged my card on the 18th days after my order was canceled! Here it is the 23rd and they are giving me the complete run around about returning my money or giving me my product! Eric the supervisor is avoiding my calls and will not give me a return call. I have talked to my bank numerous of times and NO REFUND IS PENDING IN MY ACCOUNT. It’s sad that companies like this steal money from the people that try to support them. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

So I made a delivery order and it had been placed confirmed and it was “on its way” I waited about 3 hours and when I called they said I wasn’t in the System?! Which I was cuz I have the APP and then they canceled my order right after I called this place was a joke I made a big order it was only fair to be delivered 0stars

they always offer their low quality stuff for hour deliveries and once you order the driver "never" has change wouldn't recommend. i say actually make the drive to a good dispensary near your area

Atmosphere: Haley (phone rep) was pleasant. 4 months ago I wasted a lot of money buying flower from Cannable, and even though Cannable doesn't grow the bud, if you're selling it, at some point in time, you need to be responsible for it. (CANNABLE PROVIDES ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, but they're always happy to take your money!) The cannabis (both brands) was of such poor quality they should have been giving it away to people who just wanted to pretend they were getting high, and didn't mind that it looked like a preschooler's gardening project....Leafy, premature, rabbit-poop sized buds...And silly me, yesterday, despite a promised yet unavailable discount, I did it again!..."Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me...". It's a holiday weekend, and I'm sitting here with a half ounce that doesn't get me, you or anybody else high...Shame on me!... I almost forgot. The 2 brands of rabbit poop I made the mistake of purchasing are, "Cali Gas and Halfpipe". Don't waste your money, because you'll just end-up angry like me!

I've spent a fortune on overpriced herb, and they sent me a half oz that was packaged a year ago. Then they told me cannabis doesn't have an expiration date. Speechless. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Had everything I wanted for a good price. Ordering was easy, they let you pay ahead via echeck or cash on delivery.

This place is amazing! The budtenders are so friendly and make great recomendations. And I got free popcorn and candy on the way in, never seen a dispensary do that 🤗 The store itself is beautiful, definitely the nicest looking store in the central valley. And they always have daily specials and deals. No better place then Cannable right now 👍

Great at recommending items. I’m new to the game and they have changed my outlook on flower so much. I’m super sensitive and have had nothing bit good experiences. Was traumatized with a bad trip (I think it was laced). Love this place. Great prices too. Just bring cash for to beat the extra fees.

The in-store experience is good, but the delivery service is non-existent. I've placed two orders and after two days both are still in "confirming" status.
