Decent selection in an underwhelming atmosphere with patient and helpful staff.

Staff was nice, the buds were larfy, too much fan leaves for the top shelf buds I had bought. The parking here sucks, so its probably best for local people who can walk there. The Firehouse is still a better location, with easier parking, and I believe better bud tenders, who trim their flowers more appropriately, taking off the fan leaves I do not wish to buy.

I came here out of convenience the other day and was pleased with my experience. The staff was great, while the selection was ok, they still hooked me up with a sweet deal on top quality product. Awesome location, will definitely be back!

Great place! Friendly! They have a great flower selection and have amazing taffys! I recommend the taffys very highly! Must try! Super easy to get to, right off of Burnside. Check it out!

Nice place but the setup is whack. Huge long room with a tiny case at one end. Could be so much better. Bought a gram of Cinex...flower is riddled with seed pods, dated Dec. 2014, tasted moldy. Not happy. This place could have a lot of potential.

I went to the W Burnside location for my first time. The budtenders were very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was nice that you could smell and feel the flower. Their prices were terrific and the quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to others and will be stopping by there again.

Excellent shopping experience shopping at this store. I was greeted promptly and courteously. Once inside, the nice woman behind the counter made my shopping experience wonderful. Very knowledgable and happy to help. Will definitely shop here again!

The staff is nice and friendly. The flower selection is pretty stellar and beautiful. I like that the staff will take their time helping, advising, and answering any questions that you may have. I find that their concentrate selection is not always the best or prettiest but they always have a deal if you're on a budget. This particular location is visible but parking sucks. I go here if I am in the neighborhood because parking is such a nightmare.

Top quality flowers at affordable prices!

Decent menu and somewhat competitive pricing for the area, but I believe their system is pretty flawed. I don't understand why I have to show my ID three times throughout the process. I'm not going to get any younger once I go into the room to buy the weed. Even when its slow you will have to wait at least ten minutes. Which is fine, but when waiting becomes such a prominent part of the experience, you would think that they would invest in a few couches or chairs. All they have now are two chairs and a windowsill. What the heck. The worst part is being up sold on something, getting told that Jack Herer is a cooking weed. No. Not at all. I'm sorry, but sometimes I don't want "super hydro skunk kush" with 23% THC. It's funny, because I just enjoyed that particular strain and had a wonderful time, with a mellow high lasting the entire evening. Either the bud tender didn't know what he was talking about, or he was trying to up sell me.

This was only my second experience going to a dispensary and once again I was amazed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The place looks amazing inside, and I was treated great. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great experience buying their medicine.
