Very helpful and I’ve even gone back twice

I haven’t been to a ton of dispensaries, but this is straight-up the top service I’ve had at basically ANY kind of business! Super friendly without exception, amply staffed for highly personalized service, knowledgeable guides, fantastic both in-store (both before & in later stages of pandemic) and for online ordering & curbside pickup during COVID… just such a great experience every time, start to finish.

Been here several times, live very local, people always friendly, yes, inside gets a little crazy at time, but I mostly pre order, so I’m there maybe 3 minutes...all in all, a good place to shop, and yes, I’ve been to many throughout the state....long live the vape...

Absolutely love this place. Process is quick and easy via pre-order, quality products, somewhat pricey but in my opinion well worth it. Staff are excellent and as wife said when we pulled away, "That's how customer service should always be" and I would agree! Love the drive, love the atmosphere, and I definitely don't work there.

Definitely a professional setting with pro bud tenders helping you along the way. Very busy place. They do the best they can to get you taken care of but expect more of a wait then other dispensary’s.

CannaProvisions Lee is one of the most welcoming places I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The Staff/Guides treat you with respect, friendliness, and helpfulness. I have been a regular customer since October 2020, and every time I am there, I get my questions answered professionally, concisely, and in an understandable way. They have a Menu that grows DAILY. There are an array of strains, from low THC percentages, to high-can-you-handle-this-space-ride strains. The edibles are what will also hook you. There are chews, mints, chocolate bars, seltzer, drink mix, hot sauce, taffy(the award winningCheeba chews), and more. There is a muscle Rub called, "Nordic Goddess Body Balm," that I can't live without now. It's so potent, it will make any pain it is applied to feel nonexistent. The dispensary is an alternative to medicine, or sometimes a supplement. Whatever the case, we have a pot of gold in CannaProvisions Lee. You wont be sorry that you went. They work hard to provide you with a stress-free, happy experience. Josh is one of my favorite guides. He was my first experience with the dispensary, and he answered all of my questions without being bothered, or hurried. He knew so much about Cannabis. That is encouraging when you are looking for assistance. Diana is wonderful, Lucas is super friendly, and Alex is accomodating and knowledgeable. Matthew is also a wealth of knowledge in a guide. I respect great customer service, and ther is no shortage of it here. You will not mind spending your money to stay high!

I've been to most of the berkshire dispensary's and all have mostly pros with few cons. Canna Provisions is unbelievably convenient with A+ staff & service always. My only con is some prices are a little high mostly the heirloom collections and can be found at competitors occasionally for $10 cheaper per 1/8, besides that canna can't be beat, easy in easy out definitely my go to.

Always a great visit. Pay for the top shelf bud and it is worth it! Staff is great. They do a great job of training and give you the freedom to ask whatever questions you have to get you the products you need to have the experience you want to have! I recommend going midweek or during off hours if possible to avoid a wait, but it is what we should expect during a pandemic. I am just thankful they are open and I can get my weed!

I’m from Louisiana I was in town for a bit made several purchases. Inperson and online. Inperson quick fast service by “Vickie” (she hates that ) or Victoria I think? Either way she is the reason I kept coming back so nice, knew answer to everything I asked , very patient . As I was indecisive . Location was nice, service was good. Bought one of the chocolate bar edibles and was a bit let down - didn’t feel very strong.

Shooed here a few times before. But never have gone inside. Broke that cycle the other day and brought my ma dukes on her first dispensary trip. Dealt with Kevin Dude was a G Very knowledgable in strain genetics and was all about the terps baby Was refreshing getting a bud tender who KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE lol Wouldn’t even accept my tip Left it with the cashier Well done CP Lee

Waiting in line outside is not bad, someone at door directing you and usually someone “working the line” answering questions, welcoming you. Once inside you have a personal concierge to shop, very knowledgeable, not rushed, makes your first time there an amazing experience. Highly recommend, keep up the good work!

everybody in this place is genuinely happy to be there and they all have a genuine passion for cannabis. nowhere else I'd rather shop.

Before arriving here I didn’t know what to expect, being my first time visiting a dispensary. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere felt very comfortable and was clean! I had a worker named John, he was very helpful and charismatic person I would recommend him if you are looking for a fun and educated time! I give this location a 10/10 👌🏼

Stopped in and was attended to by Paul he was a great guide and resource during or brief foray. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped guide our purchases. Great shop, great product, great staff.

Cannaprovisions has quickly become my first choice for my cannabis needs. VERY friendly, knowledgeable staff who don’t act grumpy when busy just focused. Order ahead to get in and out easily.

They were all super knowledgeable and able to handle many people and serving you quickly. I got a lot of great products and plan on definitely going back!
