Props to Budtender Ryan for delivering a patient, caring & chill shopping experience and a fun conversation. Of the four I've visited, this is easily the best Massachusetts dispensary. (Yeah, there's one slightly better in Carmel, CA, but the 3000 extra miles is a looong haul.)

One of the best dispensaries in the area that I’ve been to! A whole different kind of vibe than the others and they really make your time there worthwhile. Such friendly service, amazing management, and it’s only been one weekend!

This is a beautiful shop with a very friendly staff, however they call out the names written on the IDs handed over the counter and that’s not especially thoughtful to the people who do not use the names that are governmentally recognized. It would be lovely if they thought to ask what the customer would like to be called to create that personal connection instead of assuming.

First off, the number of concentrates here are insane. I believe they had 20+ varieties.
The experience and atmosphere was amazing. I was greeted at the front by my guide George, who gave me a tour of the stations based on what I was interested in.
I never had a dab pen or rig before, but after talking with George I felt comfortable enough to have my own.

The products and customer service are top-notch! Nick the owner is extremely friendly and I enjoyed talking with him tremendously.
I highly recommend this place over ALL other dispensaries in Massachusetts! A hidden gem. A+. I'll be back.

Stopped here on my way to Vermont for vacation. Very convenient location and a great small dispensary (judging from my limited experience with legal dispensaries). Jocelyn was a great budtender extremely friendly and helpful. Entire staff was very friendly. Process was very simple, was in/out in about 5 mins. Got Sour Joker and some chew edibles. I would definitely stop here again.

Waiting in line outside is not bad, someone at door directing you and usually someone “working the line” answering questions, welcoming you. Once inside you have a personal concierge to shop, very knowledgeable, not rushed, makes your first time there an amazing experience. Highly recommend, keep up the good work!

Been here several times, live very local, people always friendly, yes, inside gets a little crazy at time, but I mostly pre order, so I’m there maybe 3 minutes...all in all, a good place to shop, and yes, I’ve been to many throughout the state....long live the vape...

It was my first time in a legal dispensary so I didn't know what to expect. The service was way above expectations. Also I've been reading about different strains on this site and came to realize that Canna has the right combination of strains in stock. Someone really knowledgeable runs this place. Please keep stocking Sour Diesel and Death Star, they are awesome!

Nice shop, pleasant staff. Refused to accept Govt issued retired Military ID which is acceptable proof of age. I was advised that only a state issued drivers license would. be accepted, forcing customers to give up their privacy by exposing address. I cannot support this. Veterans, support other adult use shops willing to protect your privacy.

Your Military ID is absolutely valid identification which should have been accepted without question. To make sure that nothing like this happens again we are undertaking a refresher trainer for all of our reception staff to make 100% sure that they know how to handle Military and VA IDs properly. I really hope that you will give us another chance and stop by again to experience the unique Canna Provisions experience.

John was super friendly and a very helpful budtender. It was my first ever legal transaction. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. The quality of the flower was great. I only wished I had more to spend. I hope to return soon.

Went there for the first time on Friday. Quality establishment with super friendly staff and nice selection. Picked up a tincture and some edibles. Really enjoyed the experience.

Don’t think just cause you are first in line that means they will take care of u first . I was and 20 other people got in and out before I did. Then I was told well they made up there mind faster. I told them before I walked in what I wanted. Very disappointed.
