Fantastic experience every time I visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They love answering all of my questions!

The first time I visited was pre-pandemic and I felt like I had entered Narnia with my very own "Cannabis Sherpa." The staff member who greeted me gave me one-on-one assistance, asked me what I was looking for in terms of flower vs. concentrates, if I preferred Indica to Sativa, and what I was looking for in terms of medical benefits. I ended up at the counter with three strains my "sherpa" recommended and the one I selected was fantastic! I did notice that although they occasionally will have some of the same products that other nearby dispensaries carry, this dispensary can be a little on the pricey side. That being said, they usually offer products with higher THC content (even if it looks like a local place has the same product for cheaper--check the THC content!) so it's really up to the patron if they want higher THC for more $$, while a once in a blue moon user might want to look elsewhere for cheaper products (especially with that MA sales tax). When I did visit here for curbside pickup during the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff was very friendly and accommodating in regards to directing myself and other patrons to parking (not a small feat in their tiny lot!), they very quickly stopped by my car to check my verification text and ID and to let me know that someone would be out with my order corresponding to my numbered parking spot. My wait time was under 10 minutes, and the very friendly young woman with purple hair had me sign the portable debit machine, reminded me to put my purchase in my trunk, "and most importantly, you have a great night." That last little joke really made my day, smiles are hard to come by these days and speaking for myself and the community this dispensary serves, we appreciate the staff here being so understanding, so patient, and maintaining the upbeat attitude that they have despite dealing with a less-than cooperative (and downright entitled and nasty) public this past year. Thank you!

I haven’t been to a ton of dispensaries, but this is straight-up the top service I’ve had at basically ANY kind of business! Super friendly without exception, amply staffed for highly personalized service, knowledgeable guides, fantastic both in-store (both before & in later stages of pandemic) and for online ordering & curbside pickup during COVID… just such a great experience every time, start to finish.

Shooed here a few times before. But never have gone inside. Broke that cycle the other day and brought my ma dukes on her first dispensary trip. Dealt with Kevin Dude was a G Very knowledgable in strain genetics and was all about the terps baby Was refreshing getting a bud tender who KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE lol Wouldn’t even accept my tip Left it with the cashier Well done CP Lee

Been here several times, live very local, people always friendly, yes, inside gets a little crazy at time, but I mostly pre order, so I’m there maybe 3 minutes...all in all, a good place to shop, and yes, I’ve been to many throughout the state....long live the vape...

all budtenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. went with a group of friends, we were paired with the same “guide” and were able to smell and get a rundown on all strains before deciding on our purchase. quick, efficient service that doesn’t feel impersonal at all. the decor is so nice. just an all around wonderful experience. can’t wait to go back!

What can I say? Second visit today, and it was once again stellar. I love the atmosphere, the location, and the staff is super cool and friendly. Questions? ask! Concerns? Ask!!! Hungry?? McD's across the street!!! Location?? RIGHT off the expressway. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes on a pre order.. that's awesome!!! One minor suggestion.. I would suggest not having any cars park in front of the store.. center.. 4 wide.. this would give you a chance to direct folks to the left (walk-in) or right (pre-order) It's weird, walking between people's cars.. LOVE you guys!!!

Once again the professionalism and courtesy were above and beyond expectations. Knowledgeable and caring staff that place an emphasis on customer service. Outstanding!!! 10 out of 10 again!!!

We shop here often, and have been for about six months now- the staff is usually friendly and helpful. The longer the business grows the better they get, more knowledgeable, well staffed, better product, etc. I recommend checking their menu online ahead of time and preordering. It’ll make your process faster and easier if you’re a regular user. If you’re a new user, however, the staff is great and willing to help get you started with exactly what’s right for you. We prefer to check ahead of time on Wednesdays, as it is their new product day. If you’re a northeastern native, we recommend at least checking them out. If anything, the cozy vibes are an awesome representation of northeastern stoner culture. :)

Absolutely love this place. Process is quick and easy via pre-order, quality products, somewhat pricey but in my opinion well worth it. Staff are excellent and as wife said when we pulled away, "That's how customer service should always be" and I would agree! Love the drive, love the atmosphere, and I definitely don't work there.

Before arriving here I didn’t know what to expect, being my first time visiting a dispensary. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere felt very comfortable and was clean! I had a worker named John, he was very helpful and charismatic person I would recommend him if you are looking for a fun and educated time! I give this location a 10/10 👌🏼

Very helpful and friendly people! Clearly enthusiastic about the product, and very knowledgeable! The dark chocolate edibles and the watermelon edibles I got were delicious! Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly! I will for sure be returning!

Friendly staff, great selection, easy pre-order process and a must to stop when in the Lee, MA area. Frequent visitor and will be back again soon. One of my top 5 favorite dispensaries in Massachusetts. I highly recomend the concentrate from 253 Pharmacy.

Stopped in and was attended to by Paul he was a great guide and resource during or brief foray. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped guide our purchases. Great shop, great product, great staff.

Cannaprovisions has quickly become my first choice for my cannabis needs. VERY friendly, knowledgeable staff who don’t act grumpy when busy just focused. Order ahead to get in and out easily.

This place is convenient off 90, across from McDs and the staff are super friendly.

They were all super knowledgeable and able to handle many people and serving you quickly. I got a lot of great products and plan on definitely going back!
