Awesome customer service got there early to catch them when the opened because it’s DC for crying out loud got a parking space in front. They have an ATM inside that I didn’t know about but they will give you the fee back. Great Product Sour diesel is as potent.

Quality is very poor. I guess the flash drive in the weed to death I will not return here I spent a lot of money on a lot of weed and it’s all dried out to the point it has no potency left and it’s not dried out because it was old it’s dried out because they over dry the weed because they’re in a rush to get it to market to make more money

Came to visit from AZ. They have reciprocity to my medical license, and it was super easy to get in. The front desk staff were amazing and totally attentive to my needs. My budtender was world class, taught me about a particular terpene that may have been causing me anxiety, and the prices were great. 100% best start to my trip I could have asked for!

Quality? Dry as if kept in heat, pre-packaged so no smelling before buying and prices too high across common strands... I originally went to this location as an out of state patient. I decided on Jack Herer, Chacolope and Blueberry Haze. The effects are little if any. The Sour punch kick from jack herer is a dead pine smokie taste with no fight. Chacolope and Blueberry Haze with THC values of 33 and 36 percent have a less than memorable effect. As a hopeful new patient, these products have impressed inconsistency and poor procurement. TBH, I was wondering why the budtender was asking me to pick a pre packed 8th.. I guess its because of the gamble in quality from package to package. Service? Budtender was nice and friendly, security is a bit harsh to the inquiring public who are not patients Atmoshphere? Amazing, I was happy to just hang out there. The only disappointment was the dry 30+% THC flower I spent near $300 on.. new patients approach with caution. I wish them to do better.

After one, 10 min visit, I know I will be a long time costumer. The individual I worked with was so kind, helpful,and very funny, in my opinion. I purchased carts and flower and both were exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend!

I felt welcomed and safe. It has the perfect healing environment. The staff was very nice, answered all my questions, and offered advice. They also grow their own strains. I highly recommend Blue Chemdawg and Scott's OG.

Capital City Care combines top-notch service with top-notch products. They offer a slightly different retail experience because they grow and sell their own cannabis products as well as other cultivators. They have a highly knowledgeable staff (no pun intended...lol) and a very cool color-coding system to label their products in the store. Not to mention their super convenient location on U St!

I know, it's not currently under their direct control, but you my get a request for some loose change while awaiting entry, but once inside it's worth it

Visiting from MD for the week. Long time MD Patient and this was the WORST dispensary experience I’ve ever had. First let me say the budtender in back was awesome super chill friendly dude but front desk staff could really benefit from some hospitality training. As a handicapped patient I was not treated in any regards of respect. After trying to call 3 times to be hung up on I arrived and was very rudely greeted by staff telling me my fiancé had to stand outside. I asked if there would be anyone to accommodate as I have POTS and randomly pass out she pretty much ignored what I had to ask and insisted my fiancé leave. All the while being forced to wait outside she was sexually harassed by a homeless man literally sitting on the window Attached to the door. Another patient and I were speaking as to which the receptionist abruptly interrupted to the point which the other patient even mentioned “well that was rude”. Fortunately a few other kind patients assisted me while in the back and multiple patients that witnessed the situation apologized for the lack of empathy or even utter respect from the workers in front there. What a joke of a “medical facility” not the slightest ounce of professionalism. As a frequent visitor of DC I will NOT be a returning customer.

Overall the best experience. Awesome products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy shopping process, and welcoming store. Beer dispensary in the DMV. I drive from Stafford all the way up because it’s just worth the trip.
