Caroline's Cannabis- Uxbridge

I’m not one to typically write bad reviews, especially not when it comes to local businesses, but I’ve had multiple experiences here that have just turned me away completely and made me feel the need to share. My distaste with this dispensary started several months ago when I walked in at 9:50, ten minutes before they closed. As soon as I walked in, the owner looked at one of her employees and said “I really can’t believe people would still come in right now”, while making eye contact with me. I can understand having a long day at work and wanting to go home, but having the audacity to shame your customers for coming to shop in your store(while you are still open) is absolutely ludicrous. This experience really upset me, and I went elsewhere for several months. I ended up giving it another chance recently, and I regret doing so. My friend has noticed being shorted change several times in the last few weeks, and after hearing about this, I went to see if the same thing would happen to me. My change was 80¢, and I was given 75¢. While five cents isn’t a big deal, when this is happening nearly every single time, it adds up. Regardless of whether or not this is happening intentionally(and I cannot possibly see how it could be an accident this many times), it’s absolutely unacceptable, and quite frankly illegal. I will no longer shop here, and I will also be sharing this with everyone I know that does shop here. Sincerely disappointed.

Drove there because they advertised kosher kush. Was not kosher kush.

This is hands down the worst dispensary I have ever been to. The staff here is extremely rude and very unhelpful. The quality of the bud I purchased was decent at best. I feel like it was a waste of gas, money, and time coming here. Please do not waste your money here.

So I've worked in retail for 20+yrs. As far as I know it's illegal to advertise a product for a price and not honor it.? When did this change? Buyer beware bait and switch. They have a vape marked 1 dollar. So heck yeah I put in the cart imagine my surprise when it wasn't ringing up that way. I told my cashier and she said it was a part of a promotion and the register is ringing it at 30$ I'm like yeah it says 1 dollar. She tells me that's not the actual price. So I said I no longer wanted it. I took her word an drove away. Well after checking again it does indeed say 1 dollar. I should have been more stern but not 100% on false advertising laws for dispensaries otherwise I would have been. I do have a picture as proof.
