I had an issue with a product so I called and they said to bring it in and we will evaluate it and let you know. So I brought it with me to the store. They immediately remembered my issue they listened to my story checked the package and made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. They were great they totally listened to my problem and solved it fast and easy.That is great customer service 😀

This has been my go-to dispensary for 2+ years. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and always pleasant. The product selection is good (though I miss the Brother Jonathan capsules), and the prices competitive. I’m happy to give them my business.

Best dispensary ever, I’m a first time patient and they explained and helped me with so much.

Expensive but if you get their emails they often have "Happy Hour" specials with 20% off flower. When they 1st opened they had black sticky stamped grams of lebanese like hash. It wasn't on the menu long, however. I'm surprised they haven't brought it back. That would be worth the drive.

They seem to be a work in progress joint. Only use in a pinch.

Central Ave. is top notch. I am going into my third year using this as my primary medical dispensary. I have learned so much from the staff there. Recently, I have been exploring the world of concentrates. Not being very experienced with them, I was so pleased with the information I received about vaporizers and dab hardware. I have now found a way to dispense my medical cannabis very efficiently and effectively. C.A.C.C. will continue to be my favorite dispensary.

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in Massachusetts, and Central is by far one of the better. Great selection on concentrates, flower, edibles, and carts! I’m always happy with each visit there. Easy, chill place with quick service. Always parking too! New patient or a seasoned stoner Central is worth a visit!

Everyone at CACCI is superb! Excellent,friendly, knowledgeable,HAPPY, people. The owners are LOCAL FOLKS and so down-to-earth and want to make a difference, not a buck - no Corporate crap here. I have been to other dispensaries but they just aren't the same. It's an experience that you have to have yourself.

This was my first experience purchasing medical marijuana and it was a dream. I was welcomed, sat down, and handed a menu. A bud tender worked with me through the menu to select the best products for treatment. I’ve been relaxed and not overwhelmed by the effects. Currently smoking blue dream(flower) lemon drop (pod era vape) and I picked up some 1;1 ratio caramels. All have been extremely high quality and the flower is manicured to perfection. I’ll be back for sure.
