Every visit is a lovely experience. I find myself wanting to stay just to converse with the charmingly polite employees. Even the doormen are knowledgeable and good people. In terms of services i myself get 30 percent off due to my financial hardships in life I.E. im poor. So far this is the only place that ive seen implement such an caring and considerate policy. Overall the quality of the marijuana products is supreme as well as the selection. Also they have vaporizers and pieces for sale. Plus cool specials and occasional visits from the companies whom make products sold throughout Massachusetts dispensary such as Sira (tm) naturals coming bu yesterday to introduce people to dabs whom havent had any experience yet as well as other cool lessons and so forth. This has been my go to dispensary for 2 and a half years now they've never let me down. As long as i have my medical card ill be going here. I don't say this much cause who am i to tell anyone anything... But you should go here too you won't regret it

So easy to use Leafly and this is a terrific dispensary. This location was an immediate favorite - and it’s not even convenient for me. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and the service is top notch. Today I was asked if I minded waiting a minute to make sure the manager wasn’t missing any discounts. Well yes please! Superior all around. The best new patient discount I’ve heard about.

After going to a few other dispensaries I feel lucky that I have found Central Ave. everyone working in there was pleasant and very informative this is definitely the best Medical dispensary in the area

I loved central ave! I don’t live super close but I stopped on my way somewhere last night and was so delighted with how great everyone there was. The service was outstanding I felt very taken care of and all of the staff seemed happy to be there and to help. I’ll definitely be making the trip to visit again!

This is a really good dispensary. They have a great selection of products and the quality is what it should be. I pass by the dispensary that is 7 miles from my house and visit this one instead because the quality at Central Ave Compassionate Care is that much better.

Really convenient location only minutes from route 2. They have a very comfortable waiting area with big leather chairs and plenty of staff on hand to greet you and go over any questions.

The potency of actual product was less than advertised. THC percentages still very low in comparison to other dispensaries, pricing still comparable with less options.
