Wonderful staff. Very friendly, patient and knowledgable. They took the time to help us (caregiver and elderly patient) to understand the different options for medical issues. They have a great customer rewards program! Highly Recommend!!

The staff is the most friendly and knowledgeable employees I have seen at a dispensary thus far. The store itself is gorgeous, and allows you to browse everything from the bud placed in wooden chalice cups, to all the edibles, oils, wax, lotions, and a beautiful glass selection. You do get what you pay for, and even with taxes the way they are at this time, I'm more than okay with spending $27 for the kind of quality products they have!

Chalice Farms..what a joke..tried some of their weed from a dispensary in portland and it was filled with MOLD..Cannabis Cup Winners, yea right the only reason they won is because they bribed the judges with coke.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They take the time to make sure I'm happy with my selections. I always leave there better educated about available products and how to use them.

I have never rated any dispensarybefore, this one motivated me because it’s so impressive. Very clean and professional the burlwood is beautiful great prices and selection. The product is excellent, Bud tenders were knowledgeable and very helpful. This is the best dispensary I’ve been in and I’ve been to almost all of them in Salem.

Chalice has some decent products, but their proprietorial strains aren't anything special, and about 30% more expensive than the dispensaries that sell a variety of product from different farms. Decent people, but unless you have to shop there I would definitely check out other places. Let me put it this way I started at Chalice, but after shopping around I found just as good of a product at better prices.

They charge tax on medical marijuana. this is the only medical marijuana dispensary I've been to that charges tax on medical marijuana. Although recreational is legally taxed, my understanding was that it was illegal to add a tax on medical...anyway I won't be back.

Expensive! No affordable options. Minimum 2 g purchase at $11-15 per gram, meaning you have to spend at least $22 to buy flower. Nice presentation.... but better product is available at much better prices within a 5 mile radius.

Relatively unassuming from the outside, inside it feels like im about to buy some nice wine sans the tasting. The staff was very friendly and the person who helped me was knowledgeable and had no problem with my usual indecisiveness. A nice selection of accessory's from Marry Jane's House of glass too. I was expecting to pay a premium for how nice everything was but it was the same price as the places i know in Salem. I will definitely return here.

35 percent tax takes me other places...even if I have to drive a little bit. I asked the budtenders before the 25% state tax went into effect if it would be 35% total tax and was told no. Yeah I understand it is not their fault but I will spend my money other places to get better deal for my money. Great product, great budtenders other than not knowing about the tax. I will go to the Tigard store instead.

IMO This is by far the worst dispensary I have ever been to. Victor has zero customer service skills and no concept of how to properly treat customers. This was the second time in a row that I was treated like dirt and even though I can see this dispensary from my house, I will not be returning until ownership changes
