THIS is the spot! they have the trifecta of businesses. 1) dispensary, 2) Head shop and 3) Testing lab, all contained in one perfect little house. Everyone was super nice and helpful... one of the gals even laminated my card as a courtesy. I really REALLY dig this place. Thank you for doing it right in this green city of ours ;-)

great people and the meds are really good as well pick up the purple god bud and its is very good.

I liked this place. Budtender really knew his medicine. They had really great specials. Not only will I go back but I told all my friends about this place.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff readily available to give advice or answer any question you may have. There is a wide selection of beautifully manicured flowers as well as the other products you would expect. The setting is clean and cozy (small waiting room) but there is a nice deck out front or browsing right across the hall at "The Pipe Shack" if you have to wait a little. PHCC is conveniently located on two major bus lines. The whole package is everything you would want in a dispensary and has gained my permanent patronage.

The medicine helped

small, intimate setting with a huge selection of top grade medicine. absolutely wonderful selection and even better service. seriously, the bud tender was super informative, very patient and just overall kind guy. thank you so much i will most definitely be back. :)

Me and my friends like to call this place the Pot Cabin and tell people that some of the best Portland weed can be found here.

Over priced/ dry bud. Staff wants you out the door within about a minute, tiny place with rude bud tenders. Don't go here, you won't be satisfied and there are hundreds of better dispensaries with better bud and prices

Solid place with some good extracts sometimes. Buds used to be better. Not a fan of recent turn towards selling lots of extract cartridges. Not a fan of apparently high staff turnover in the past year or demographic skew. One time came in for some medicine to find the owner had taken it off to another location and no one had updated the menu.

Stopped by to check these guys out and was quite impressed with the selection and prices. Will definitely be coming back for more. Kudos!

I very much enjoyed shopping at Powell House Cannabis Club. Heather at the front desk was friendly, professional and proficient. She brightened my day the moment I walked in the door. Brent was very helpful showing me various strains and describing their differing effects. I bought Purple God Bud mainly because of the name, but the THC content was out of the roof as well. I was not disappointed.

I found this dispensary on my way to another place that I thought was convenient.... Boy was I wrong. I liked the friendly service and the nice selection of meds for whatever your needs may be. I give them a☆☆☆☆☆ check them out for yourself
