Staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed immediately. They were highly knowledgeable of their products and more than willing to take the time I needed to educate me on what would best suit my needs. I was impressed by the wide selection of flowers, tinctures, and concentrates they had available, both Indica as well as Sativa Dominant. I purchased some Green Crack Flower, and it was high quality medicine. The atmosphere was nice. It was very clean, bright, and uplifting, and all of the items were nearly displayed. Great work! I look forward to returning soon!

overall awesome experience . great chick at the counter . just maybe put on your guys menu somewhere tax not included ... I went in thinking I'm spending so much because the menu says so , but ends up being different .

This dispensary is obviously the best choice in Salem hands down. The staff genuinely cares for everyone that walks through their door and provides excellent recommendations and information on each strain they have. Keep up the good work Cherry City!

I really recommend this place. the atmosphere is very welcoming. Very informative budtender. selection of flower is very nice.

First time buyer. I was specifically looking for some soaking salts. This place was the only place that had them in town. My husband drove me around to five other places and all of them said they had no more or didn't carry the products. The person that helped me had "manager" on his badge. I thought that was a good sign. He was very helpful for this novice user. He knew a lot about his products and made some very helpful recommendations. I also appreciated that they had a basket to recycle the OHP warning that they are mandated to give you. I found the whole experience painless.

This use to be my go to shop. it was fun and felt opened and comfortable. it sense feels a bit claustrophobic. I've notice that that they have changed the labeling on things, making it harder for some that don't like a lot of conversation and their prices seem to slowly creep up each time..

Phenomenal, only suggestion is price. Some things are just a little on the spendy side.

I have been coming here for years and their selection continues to get better. They have reasonable prices for good medicine; even their bottom shelf is good. I like that I can rely on them for a fair price for good product.

Everybody was nice, sociable and knowledgable. Good selection of some top strains. Also good asortment of hash, pills, rubs, treats, etc. I look forward to going back :-).

My favorite shop in Salem so far. Flower quality is top-notch, always fresh with plenty of rotating variety. Pricing is fair, mid-range compared to others. Budtenders are knowledgeable and very nice, fun and helpful. Parking is discrete and secure. Bring back your container and they'll refill it. This is how it's supposed to be done. Love CCC!

I came upon this dispensary by comparing prices and strains on Leafly. They had the best of both. I was even happier when I went in because the staff was so friendly and helpful. The buds were trimmed nicely and weight was right on. Thank you..!!!

As an OMMP cardholder, I am very disappointed at how this dispensary has gone downhill since the recreational laws went into place. It is clear that they are focused on the satisfaction of recreational patients, not medical. At least two employees have been condescending, and are unwilling to let me look at the label of a product that is known to have inconsistent labeling (Siskyou Farms OCO) before I buy it. I've tried to give feedback, because their employees need training in customer service, but it falls on deaf ears.
