I want to thank all the staff at Chessacanna. From the door to the shop everyone was kind, genuine, and helpful. If they do not know an answer they make sure they get you the right one. I have visited several times and will say that the experience is the same every time. I appreciate the effort they put in to make every patient comfortable and relaxed. Keep up the good work. Chesacanna continues to be one of my favorite dispensaries. The customer service remains impeccable. The DAs clearly show an understanding of the products they sell. The west coast vibe really shines at this location. Beautiful, friendly, and an open and welcome environment!

Chesacanna is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They also have a great retail shop with lots of interesting CBD products, coffees etc. Everything about Chesacanna is the highest of quality. I highly recommend them!

Was dispensary shopping since it became recreational alot of dispensaries have been crowded mainly due to lack of space, Not here. I smoke for anxiety and I hate crowds so usually I either have to go before work or just as theybare about to close and going before work isn't an option as I'm already at work and took 2 breaks already before they open. So I get stuck with bottom barrel pickings again not here, went there just to see how it is and I think thus is going to be my new dispensaries. Plus it's pretty much a heads-up and dispensary in 1, and the young lady who just got engaged congrats again and she was running the store they have there an she was very knowledgeable of her products she was selling, the bud tender I got was new so had to keep repeating myself but that's fine it was onlynfor additional discounts I get for being a veteran, and whoever picked our online order left somethings out. Poor man was flustered you can tell he was new and just learning the ropes there. All in all I liked this place enough that wife an inare willing to travel here.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Different deals everyday via email alerts. Beautiful shop too, the kitchen is one of the most unique things I've seen.

Chesacanna quickly became my go to dispensary. the staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is nice but to me the staff is everything.

Chesacanna was the first dispensary I went to when I got my card. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me figure out what products would work best for me. I also like the daily texts they send out with their deals of the day. They have a point system where you earn points each time you purchase towards discounts on future purchases. Chesacanna is definitely my go to spot. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here, at Plano point did I ever feel rushed. I felt that I was well taken care, and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I feel like I asked to see virtually every flower in the deli. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend going here for high quality flower, and wonderful people
