Yall are still great but I gotta knock off a star for yall the last month, RSO supply has been only 2 or 3 options and the menu leaves you guessing on what effects it may have on many strains.

Smiley in the wellness shop was wonderful! She was incredibly helpful and kind and knowledge about the products they have in stock. She helped me pick exactly what I needed and they had a great selection of products to choose from.

I must say out of all of the dispensaries I have visited, Chesacanna is by far the best!!! They were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first visit but ithey made me feel like family.

budtenders and all of the staff are nice and helpful, everyone seems to really enjoy working there. they have good recs every time i ask. high quality bud and products, and they have a lot of pop-ups. i’ve gotten some free handouts and samples from pop-ups and weekly deals. love this place.

That was my first time trying this new place. Customer service was ok but they forgot to give me all my change back from buying from there dispensary and management took very long time too result this issue. I will not be going there again. That’s not how run a billion dollar industry but for my first time I will not go back and I’m a regular customer in the industry. Thank you

Curbside pick up was why I first purchased at Chesacanna, as I have MS and am being strict about virus avoidance. The staff, by phone and at pick-up, are really pleasant and helpful. Website is good. Selection good. Can’t wait to be able to shop inside and at the wellness center.

This dispensary was so awesome! From the time I entered until the time I exited, the experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and educated on the different products available. John was especially helpful and the staff member (young lady - blanking on her name) at the wellness shop. The facility was clean and very zen. I’ll definitely be back regularly!

I was pleasantly surprised. I have been using another dispensary which has great people but isn’t as nice. I felt safer not going into the city. I was welcomed and thanked. You have a client for ever.

Arthur was great today!! So were the people at the front desk who welcomed me. Today was my first time in and I got a tour and kind words from everyone! They carry the products I already know work well for my chronic pain and it sounds like a great rewards program too. I will definitely be back!
