Cinder - North Division

My husband and I visited Cinder for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The young woman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us honest recommendations and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me something I didn’t want. The bud was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back!

I switched to this shop from a different company about a year ago and I’m so glad I did. Lindsey(Blue) is always so chipper and always finds me a great deal, I’m always excited when she’s the one who assists me. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all of the other budtenders there as well, they all make you feel welcomed and are very friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place in Spokane to buy weed now!

I have no complaints about the store or people my complaint is liberty reach passing off pre rolls as flower but end up tasting like shake that's some bad customer service liberty reach should be approached about it as a consumer we're the ones that purchase.

Niwauno is our go-to guy! He always helps us find new stuff. He's so chill, really knowledgeable, asks great questions and always has recommendations, and he's great at describing products in a way that helps us make a decision. Great at what he does and always gives us a great experience!

I was helped out by Niwauno and he was so friendly! One of the best bud-tenders I’ve had in awhile. He isn’t the only one that helps me out. Hayley has such a great vibe, I am always happy to see her working! With such good customer service, I now make cinder my primary dispensary’s

Staff clearly knows what they’re doing. My budtender James was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I’m new to all this and he definitely turned me into a repeat customer! Can’t wait to shop again!

I had gone into the store knowing only that I wanted a concentrate. I had amazing customer service from a young man named Cameron. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, by giving me in depth knowledge on the different kinds of concentrates and how they would effect my body or mind. I would say my visit was a 10/10.

Visited a few shops on the North side, and was really impressed with our first experience at Cinder! Rayce was very informative and patient, and we never felt like we were being sold. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is great, and they run some great discounts. We have already been back and will keep Cinder on our route.

Lindsey was extremely patient and helpful with me. I know I can be frustrating with how picky I am and the 20 questions I ask. 10/10 on service

Always have the same two awesome dudes helping me find exactly what I'm looking for. And they ALWAYS help with a friendly smile. Have yet to have a bad experience.

Of all the shops I have seen, this one is "Wierd", not a bad place, Wierd vibe, Wierd set up. not my cup of tea. But they sell great strains and the staff is great. just set up Wierd. parking lot is always full, plus you can't go wrong with a doughnut shop next store. :)

The guy that helped me get a cod balm product was very knowledgeable and showed we several different types I chose one he used for his body aches etc. I will be returning to find a balm for my mom’s arthritis in her knees

Sadie was an absolute bro and set me up with weed that blew my socks off! They were also super friendly and helped me maximize my weed output to the final cent of the cash I had on hand. THANKS SADIE!
