My budtender Taylor P is so awesome she hooked me up!! She was so sweet and let me use her points to get a discount. I was able to get what I came for and was able to try something new!!

Was told by Leafly that my order was ready to pick up. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have what I ordered. Great storefront, great product, awesome tenders, Leafly menu doesn't reflect inventory.

Shelby was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Great atmosphere in the shop

This place has a good vibe. Budtenders are friendly, the salesfloor is always maintained and looking spiffy, and so far as pot shops in Spokane go, this one is more reasonably priced. Austin is an awesome dude. He listens to his customers and works with them to ensure that ya'll are choosing the right strain for whatever the occasion is. Would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

This is the only shop I stop at. I always enjoy coming in and picking up products. Niwauno has awesome customer service and is very knowledgeable and patient. Roy is also great. I always recommend this shop to people I know. Overall a great place. Keep up the great work.

Kassianne was amazing. This was probably 2 months ago. I go here all the time, very mindful of the deals on what days of the week. I went in there and Kassiaane was there. I order my regular amount. She rings it up and it was quite high. I reminded her that it was Wednesday so I would get the discount. She looked at me strange and said no it isn't. I was totally sure it was Wednesday. She had to ask the other budtenders what day it was. They told her Thursday. I had totally spaced Wednesday out. I was so certain I was right. Boy, was I embarrassed! Kassiann and I had quite the laugh. She said that she was starting to think that it really was Wednesday. She gave me the Wednesday discount anyways. What a trooper. Good way to start your day with a good laugh. Lol

We went in really close to closing (like 15 minutes) which was honestly kind of inconsiderate but they had exactly what we wanted and we got out of there in less than ten minutes. They were both really nice and quick while taking the time to tell us about their rewards program and discounts. I was really impressed by the quality of service we received!

You know how it’s great we can finally get our boomer parents to listen to us and try cannabis rather than all the “medications” the doctors give them, but they still don’t trust the info you give? Well Zac H was able to be the voice they wouldn’t listen to from me and get them set with some great options for some pain management and to help them sleep. So far so good. Thanks Zac! The building in north Spokane is very open and it gets really noisy in there, I try to go at odd times to avoid it being so busy.

Store has the best selection in Spokane and all the staff are top notch. Niwauno is a great budtender always recommends my go to.
