I have no complaints about the store or people my complaint is liberty reach passing off pre rolls as flower but end up tasting like shake that's some bad customer service liberty reach should be approached about it as a consumer we're the ones that purchase.
Niwauno was the best!! He was kind and personable, patiently taking time to answer all my newbie senior questions. He made sure I had the info I needed to make the best decision to suit my needs. He also took care that I knew and received any discounts that I should receive. Thanks Niwauno!!
It’s a hit or miss with online ordering. It does not save time. When you do have to go inside all it saves you from is someone selling you something you didn’t want. You still wait in line, there is little point. They do not deliver to curbside as advertised and instead change the times they will and will not.
I really like shopping at Cinder for its prices, and I appreciate the availability of online ordering, however, I rarely pick up an order which is entirely correct. Usually I can catch the mistake as the items are rung up. Today however, my order of 7 gram containers of concentrate had 2 incorrect when I got them home, even though the bud tender appeared to have checked them all against my internet order form. This was especially disappointing because the new strain I was anxious to try had been replaced by one I probably wouldn't pick out on purpose. Especially with so many places reticent to take returns because of covid19 precautions, it is important to take one's job seriously enough to take the time to double check orders.
Curbside pickup is amazing if you order something and they are currently out of stock they text right away with other options instead of canceling you order 👍 thanks for being awesome
This was my first time into CINDER and it was amazing. Not only was it less than 3 minutes to be in and out the door, the Cashier that assisted me was courteous and friendly. It was a great atmosphere, fast-service and GREAT customer service. I will be purchasing what I need from this store in the future!

I switched to this shop from a different company about a year ago and I’m so glad I did. Lindsey(Blue) is always so chipper and always finds me a great deal, I’m always excited when she’s the one who assists me. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all of the other budtenders there as well, they all make you feel welcomed and are very friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place in Spokane to buy weed now!
I literally refuse to shop other dispensaries. Lindsey is a phenomenal bud tender and I’m always stoked to get her as my bud tender when I come in. And that aside, Cinder really just provides the best customer service to me every time I’m in there.
Niwauna was awesome. Helped out with my first time there on my birthday. He helped get set up with a phone number and explained very well how it works. We had great conversation while we checked out. Highly recommend cinder.
