This is a great recreational dispensary. The employees are all super helpful and nice, and the shop is very nice as well. they carry a large quantity of variety by different growers, as well as many edibles and glass pieces. I always get great stuff from here at great deals. they have their own app and you earn coupons, which is awesome. Their hours are also very convenient.

The people here are real chill. From the time you enter to when you leave. The bouncers are my favorite Lol.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Clear Choice for several years. I accidentally overpaid during a visit and realized when I got home. I don’t live near the store anymore, so I called and a supervisor said they would verify this on camera (which they did) and would mail me the difference (which they didn’t). It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything from them. Now, they are not answering their phones when I call. What kind of way is that to run a business? Please hire staff who know what customer service is and actually follow-through.

Excellent service

The atmosphere and service were nice, but the weed is *way* over priced. $10-$12/gram is standard and these guys are charging $30. The weed was fluffy and dry and opposed to dense, healthy, and dank. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Had just what I needed, when I needed it. Clean, easy to find, good parking, helpful staff.

The staff are always very knowledgeable, they get you in and out quickly and such a great atmosphere!

The menu is never correct, online or in store. Good deals advertised on a menu updated at 8am and when i get there at 815 and suddenly they are out but they have the overpriced under-flavored 50 dollar weed.

I had read some reviews before coming to the store that talked about the staff being unhelpful and not especially kind. I was feeling somewhat intimidated about even coming in. But even though the store was a little busy, Carson spent several minutes with me, first figuring out what my needs were and then bringing several options to discuss. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

Easy to get in and out. I dnn't think the budtenders should answer phones while servicing customers at the counter-- especially at busy times. I feel ignored and like I should give precedence to whoever is on the phone.
