Usually long lines around 5, but the staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. they have call ahead service and there is never a line for that. Will definitely come back

Great customer service! There were only 3 people in line when I got there and it took a few minutes for the budtender to get me my products and when I turned around about 7 min later, there were about 20 people in line. Even thought there was a long line behind me, the budtender answered the few questions without making me feel like he was rushing me out the door to get to the next customer. However, I felt that the prices were about $10 to high on the top shelf product but overall, it was a great experience and I will be back for sure.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection, nice prices. Comfortable buying experience. My treatment as a customer over these last few years has earned my confidence and loyalty. --- Wacky drivers in the parking lot, but that's not their fault.

Very Nice people, very knowlegable. I really like this place because they are always laughing and smiling when I come in. They have a huge selection of things to choose from and online ordering. I usually get thru there pretty quickly and everything I got from there so far has been fire.

This is the first rec shop I ever visited and it was love at first sight. Yes, the lines can be long, but that's because they know their stuff so people keep coming back. The glass selection here is ridiculous and their rewards program and daily deals are pretty solid. The location is not the best and parking is definitely a problem, but it's still worth the hassle.

I moved here from Portland and worked in the industry so you can imagine I'm picky with my dispensaries.I'm in there at least 3 times a week. Everytime I come in the check in desk men are always friendly with me and my roomies. Super stoked about the dab card bc there's no reward programs where I used to live. Huge selection and very knowledgeable friendly staff. I want to call out a couple of the budtenders that always go above and beyond when I'm there. Marina is the exzenplary example of what a bud tender should be, customer service foucused , with a genuine , knowledgeable approach. Timothy , man super cool dude. Me and my roomie came in one day and when we were having a bad day and he turned out fronds upside down. Very knowledgeable , friendly and approachable. thank you guys for being awesome!

Favorite shop in Tacoma, maybe Seattle too. Been here 10+ times. Usually good helpful service, regular deals on flower, cool repeat customer discounts. They're always running out of kief though (please keep more in stock), and glass is high quality but mostly too pricey. On weekends, the line can get long, but it moves fast.

I'm a medical patient and Clear Choice Cannabis is a Savior when you need them most. The staff is awesome. Lauren is an awesome person and an exquisite manager and the staff are completely knowledgeable about their products and their patients.

I have been a resident of Washington and a patron/fan of Clear Choice Cannabis since its inception. The place truly only gets better and classier. The only flaw is their location and poor parking. Time to expand and upgrade, y'all..! 😎

When the first rec cannabis stores were opening, this one was among the ones nearby me, so I've gone here for a bit, now. It all seems so nice as first. The colorful menus. The displays. The expensive as all hell--but that's expected--glasspipes and bongs. But the service, left much to be desired. I love weed and I'm passionate about it, so I know a lot about it. Most of the budtenders here, didn't know much beyond the basics of sativa and indica. They will pretty much recommend you what they're trying to sell out of, instead of what you actually need for your cannabis concerns. Example: I go in and tell the budtender that I'm looking for something for pain. Back pain. Chronic pain. She presents me Dawg Star Cannabis Orange Kush and says, "I really like this one because of the flavor. B-but it's good for pain, too. I use it for my stuff all the time." My bullshit alarm was already going off, but I was a seriously hurting unit and so took the recommendation, giving her the benefit of the doubt, hoping that I would have good results. Nope. Tastes great. Smells great. But potency in the high and it's ability to help relieve pain? Not there. At all. I was not a happy camper about that. Their prices are quite expensive. They very rarely had the ten dollar gram buds when I went. Always like 12 on up. Same thing with 1/8ths and qtrs. Very rarely will you see any 45 dollar 1/8ths. Their qtrs were about as expensive as what I'm used to paying for half O's. $120.00! I saw a few strains go even higher in price! On my third visit, they had some Dawg Star Cannabis Pineapple Kush or Haze which had piqued my curiosity, and it was 55 for an 1/8th. I took the plunge, and once again found myself with a pretty little glass jar(and they will swear up and down that you're not paying extra for the glass because the same company blows the glass,etc, which is believable until you realize they expect you to pay a minimum 15 dollar mark up for anything by them, that is close to 20.00% total cannabinoids including THC) , filled with good smelling and great tasting weed, that. just. isn't. potent enough. Which is really sad. When you pay 55 bucks at a 15 dollar mark-up as compared to the standard 40 an 1/8th, were all used to, you expect fire. You expect superior quality since you're paying more for it. I'm sure that we can all agree that that is a fair assumption to make, right? So, once again, their product failed to meet up to my, and I'm sure many others' (fair) standards. I know more about weed than the one surf/skateboard bum looking dude at the counter, and the rest of the counter staff tends to be women who weren't hired on the merits of their knowledge of cannabis(Guys you might be thinking who cares!? she looks good! she doesn't need to know alot! Yea, no. Just like people who buy music from "artists" just because they are physically attracted to them, y'all are hurting the overall industry with those mindsets and actions). I stopped going here once I found out about another store in the area that sells some strains at 25 dollars an 1/8th. Once in awhile, when I'm already flush with what I need for my medical concerns, I stop by Clear Choice to see if they're offering any 25 dollar 1/8ths. Each time I've been told no, and one time one of the budtenders in skinny jeans proceeded to tell me in a sarcastic, condescending tone, "Uh, 1/8ths are at least 40 dollars..." Riiiiight. Y'all keep doing that. I'll be going to a place filled with budtenders that actually know their stuff, have a loyalty program for their customers savings, and provides 5-6 strains that are 25 dollar an 1/8th. tl;dr: This is the place for people who have more money than brain cells. If you are proud of being that way, this is the store for you.

CC is great place to get what you could be looking for. Since my 1st visit I think its only been 3 times where I didn't feel confident about my purchase. I visit 3-5 times a month. Marina was my 1st budtender and then I saw Lauren (she's amazingly helpful and super nice). My last visit was with Erin Jaber and she was GREAT!!! I have been waiting for CC to have Artizen Dutchberry for weeks, and if it wasn't for Erin I never would be known it was available. Annnnndd....she introduced me to Jeffery joints. Kudos to CC for having an awesome staff.

Clear choice is undoubtedly one of the absolute best retail stores in the state. Maybe in the entire USA!!! The staff are super friendly, the management are extremely well-schooled, and the selection and pricing are second to none. When you add to this the super location close to the freeway, and copious amounts of free parking, its a hard act to follow!

I have been shopping here for my medical marijuana since it first opened but recently I have noticed that they have fewer and fewer strains of CBD flower. It is really becoming a bummer that I can’t get my medical flower at Clear Choice. They must have gone over to the dark side and forgot about helping sick people.

I come here quite often because I work down the street. I love this place because of convenience. They have several good strains here at this location. Sometimes it's a hit & miss of what good weed they have that day. But it's always busy & the customer service is great. Keep it up!
