Coast to Coast - Canoga

I picked up 1/8 and the top seal that keeps the buds fresh and not tampered with was not on my jar so my bud was dry and I'm not confident that it's the correct strain. I come here because of their consistency and quality but this time I'm very disappointed because it was not packaged correctly and this indica feels like sativa. This is why it's important that the seal on top of jar is on so the customer feels confident that it's fresh and not tampered with. I called them and left a message just waiting for a call back...

Really convenient close to work and home

I was a first timer and was impressed by the store BUT I asked them to recommend something for anxiety. They gave me 3c Enoch OG. I brought it home, smoked a bowl and... NOTHING. I’ve smoked pot for a long time and have never experienced not getting High at all. This is what I had an issue with that if you run a fantastic establishment, you treat your customers right. You find a solution to his problem not brush him off. They don’t have too many complaints so doesn’t it make sense to say, we’ll, we’ll give you something else to try (and take back what they gave me and throw it away. Anyhow, one dissatisfied customer...!! I would have assured the customer that we’ll do what we can to correct the issue. It won’t hurt them to lose me as a customer but heads up that “customer service” is not putting on a smile it’s taking care of them

unbelievable. I was blown away when i saw the flower room. Honestly best weed in socal. I travel from the other side of the 405, which is almost unheard of; considering sfv is well known to be the pot haven. 3 stars for service because y'all don't sell clones wtf guys. If you grow, like i do, you will be blown away at the flower. I just want a shot at growing the banana :,(

i liked how everyone is nice and respectful and my budtender desire's customer service was awesome she was nice, respectful, and Gets straight to the point you'll be seeing me in there more often

The reason I come to coast to coast is because of the service and Sasquatch is my favorite the sasquatch for the last week has been dry and nothing like what I always get this is the worst Sasquatch I’ve gotten in the years comimg here I’ll be back when it’s fresh

The flower are all usually pretty fresh and sticky!!The fact that they create ,farm and harvest their own strains is amazing,so far Tahoe OG is my go to but thanks to my bud tender Nick for an amazing recommendation on that Sasquatch Sap!!!Dank yo!!!!!And they lowered their prices😳…$39-out the door for some 🔥flowers people!!

To be honest I have been a customer with you guys for over 5 years just as of 4 months ago your rating in all categories dropped from a perfect 5 star due to many reasons. First off I come in on random days of the week so not just one certain day of the week, but for some reason you guys never keep your select vape cartridges in stock. For the past few months I been coming in thinking it would change one day because this dispensary seems like they mean business but no never changes you guys are always out which is ridiculous because now as a loyal customer that likes that product, has to go find other dispensaries to buy this product and they never to seem to have this issue. One place I go to which is in conga as well (which i think is your equivalent competitor has all the shelf’s fully stocked and has over 5 or more different choices in indica select when I walk in every time. Like if you guys need help I will work for free one day a week to help you sort this issue because this should not be happening. I usually don’t like rating a company if they are good or bad but this is just absolutely annoying please do your patients and recreational users a favor and simply keep the shelf’s stocked because it will sell. Until then I will choose to give my business somewhere else until you correct this and I am will to try you guys again due to our long history together.

One of the best shops in the Valley & L.A. Excellent quality & variety of herb. Very good prices. Not a lot of deals but not needed. Fairly knowledgeable & pretty friendly staff.
