NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS! I purchased a fairly expensive battery charger and it stopped working while fully charged. Brought it back to exchange and was told that they don't do exchanges, since it's been few month and the resin mark can be seen....wow! I paid $60.00 and this store will not stand by the quality of their EXPENSIVE products! Clerk said that he doesn't know what I did with it and I have most probably damaged it. I requested to speak store owner, and was denied, since it's early morning, and the owner is sleeping.... at 10:30am... I wasn't given a business card with owner's information either. Most likely the clerk was the owner. Lol. Very disappointing for a business to sell expensive poor quality products and have absolutely no customer service. There are so many other stores to go to. Skip this one for sure!
