Very friendly staff and the way they helped me with. any questions I had. The wait to get the product was a little on the slow side. I was waiting for about 5 minutes even though the product was in stock not to mention I was the only customer there at that time.
Horrible customer service. I had to order at a screen and what I ordered wasn’t what I got. False advertising. I ordered a 10 pack of cookies and got 1 cookie instead. Then they were rude when I wasn’t happy bout it. Worst experience at a dispensary ever!!!
Ive always loved coming to this location but the girl behind the counter was awful to interact with this evening. She was rude the entire time then when I went to checkout I complimented her nails and pink eyelashes (thought maybe she was having a bad day) but she was very disgusting in response. She made a rude face when she heard me, rolled her eyes and didnt say a word and just stared at me like she was waiting for something before going back on the computer. There are people with social problems or anxiety that go into dispensaries. Dispensaries are supposed to be a safe place but this interaction made me SO uncomfortable. I hate to be a karen and write a shitty review but this is better than me popping her in the mouth.
