Love Columbia Care. I am always between this location and the Brooklyn one. Honestly, I like them equally. The product selection has improved drastically and prices have gone down significantly!! Good job guys!!

Checked this out feels a bit like a spa but service was absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable staff not pushy and totally dig they are selling real pharma stuff as well as ground flower. Like their pods. Pricing a bit more than others but you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

I am new to having a medical card, and everyone who worked there really helped me get the correct products. I appreciate their service, and I will return!

Products appear very medical and store is very pharmacy-like. Great quality, good, clean flavor and THC-CBD balance. High prices but discounts are generous. Friendly service.

Free candy (Halloween and valentines), free swag (4/20 crazy freebies and sales), sales and deals (30-40% off store wide, BOGO, deals, free prerolls, etc.). My experience is that they are really nice and listen to your needs. They are also down the block from me. They have flash sales and I can run right over. Today they had 30% off store wide with 1:1 oil syringes for $15 add on. The syringes can be used to back or add to drinks. Only once, got bad stuff (seeds and stems). And it was actually another vendor’s product. Thry apologized and gave me a free preroll. They have specials weekly (Mondays) for first responders and veterans. Took off a star because the bathroom was a little gross last time I needed to use it. But it is usually pretty clean. Anyway, medical patients can save a lot by avoiding med men’s fifth avenue prices and coming to Columbia care.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary and the experience was wonderful. I was a bit apprehensive about trying medical marijuana, but my doctor thought it would be a good option for treating my pain. The staff here were very welcoming and I had an informative one-on-one consultation with one of their pharmacists. She explained how all of the products work and answered every single question I had. The prices were reasonable in my opinion, and I was happy to receive a discount on my purchase. So far the medication has been really helping to relieve my pain and I plan on going back soon!

Grassroots makes dirt cheap concentrates, This range of Reggie grade thc levels is way outta fashion. Man this is a new era atone to it.

Should have listened to the comments that were written before mine , good music, beautiful stuff, but Man is the product not of quality smells like dirt very airy nugs not as potent as recommended . Even though they do give you good discounts on your first visit, I can understand why people don't go back. The product names are very misleading in reference to the effects and reclamation by staff on the book they have it must be counting THC by the ounce because on the bottle, it says per serving Recommend trying, MedMens loyalty program as I am not sponsored by them, but back the products and service Walked away with Columbia's own Strand .disappointment in 5 seconds of breaking the seal :(

Wasn't my first time here. I've purchased product from Columbia care and never had a problem. Until I noticed the quality Wasn't as good as it was. They were having a sale so I was going to stock up. The price was good I purchased two different flavors and when I got home because they don't let you smell it before you purch it. Just hope for the best.....but this one flavors was terrible taste and smell was not very good. I wanted to return unopened containers....NO RETURN....it's a controlled substance that's what I was told ........never again

Columbia Care knows what they are doing when it comes to building an atmosphere, a brand, and a service that actually works. I love this company and cannot wait to see what's next in store for them!!

You advertise in your booklets in-store that your TheraCeed vape cartridges last approx. 90 inhalations at 5 seconds per inhalation. I've tried your product twice now, and I can safely say that you don't even get 30 inhalations, not even close. I've had my product for just 24 hours and it's already gone, while compared to your competitors, such as Curaleaf, theirs last as long as advertised. This is a bummer and not cool.

Super friendly staff, I felt really welcomed here. First medical dispensary that I have visited in New York and it was a good experience. Got 20% off my first order which was great. Purchased tablets, a syringe refill for my rubi pod and ground flower. All is good and the flower tastes great in my vape. The flower is really ground up, not one semi nug in there. It’s a NY law so I get it but know that other dispensaries have small popcorn nugs in the ground flower. No complaints all in all. Plan to return.
