I can only speak for myself, but the service and knowledge of the Staff is great! Vanessa was very patient with me, lol, and offered great suggestions for products. She asked me lots of questions and wondered what I preferred!!She was very friendly and always smiling! If you haven’t visited CCBD, you should! Always a pleasant and entertaining experience!

Ive come to this location a few times and im always satisfied with my cartridges, edible gummy’s, and preroll’s are good too! Von helped me out last time he was really nice and got us great deals.

Super comfortable, very well informed reps, and great selection. They are the only place I trust and will go too.

Having been to every local dispensary and many across the State, this ranks at the bottom for me. First time visitor, assigned bud tender showing me the available flower. Hands in pockets, glancing at the offerings in the jars and some random tender comes in and tells him to "waft it because if he touches it, he buys it!" With such a saturated market, the dispensary really has one chance to make a 1st impression, I won't be back. Grabbed an 1/8 and jetted. Now for the quality review.....about as good as the service. Doubtful I'll return, I wanted to like this, very dissatisfied.

The service was awesome, I love the fact that they still try to stay more medically based. Pat M always makes my favorite suggestions. It always does the most for my illness and makes a huge difference.

I can’t smoke so, I’m kinda forced to vape (sparingly) and use edibles/tincture. Trying to dose as a new med user was impossible via edibles. I’d never had cannabis before, so this was the first dispensary I went to. The private rooms at the Kalamazoo location made me feel not so embarrassed to ask questions. The staff has seemed knowledgeable in every area except vape cartridge strains. It’s as if it’s a total foreign language. I have a few strains I prefer, but no one has them, so I ask what might be similar and no one ever knows. I’ve had only one person look anything up for me. It’s tough when diesel, skunk, or overwhelmingly pine flavor makes me nausea worse when having a migraine. Berry or citrus is better. It doesn’t help I don’t have the money to try several different ones. I’m on a fixed income and below the poverty line, so it’s important to me their recommendations are more than just guesses. Other than that, I love everything about this location.

Walked in for the first time today and immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and the employees are very helpful getting patients settled in. As an added bonus they’ve got some great deals that make coming back very attractive for patients new and old!

I love how quick the people at Compassionate helps you. And the quality & price of your products are always on point. I also have gotten great deals shopping there. The last strain I had was the Hans Solo Burger. It gave me a relaxation feeling, Also helped with sleep, pain not to mention it gave me a mellow,happy feeling overall. I would definitely buy that strain again. Thanks guys & ladies at Compassionate.

CCBD is so wonderful! I have been to every PC in this quater and by far the professionalism, customer sevice, and care Von and Kay provided me was by far the best. After introductions and a quick tour they answered my questions with knowledge and no sales pitch. As a person with high social anxiety this is now my home base for my medication. Thank you again Von and Kay of CCBD!
