Timely, clean , inviting, great dispensary for locals and tourist like myself. Very friendly knowledge staff, was helped by Brian , ché, and Rex to name a few! Thanks guys!

They were very helping selecting which strains would better benefit me. I found the price reasonable but the service was spectacular!

Myself and my wife are extremely disappointed. We heard about Essence through a friend who said it was close to our hotel. The service per them was mediocre but again convenient. We were in Vegas for a few days last week. My wife had called just to ask some basic questions regarding their policies and procedures. Having never been able to purchase recreationally before we wanted to make sure we were prepared when we got there. We had the extreme displease of speaking with a Jenny on the phone. No matter what question we asked, she huffed at us and took a tone with us as if we were stupid. Because of the way my wife was talked to, she didn't even want to go to this store. However, I convinced her to go the following night. Big mistake. AGAIN we had the same displeasure of dealing with Jenny at check in. She was cold, not friendly, and seemingly annoyed with us for just being there.We asked her what information they kept in the system and why and her response was "Um because it's required if you want to go in back." As if we were suppose to know. Just to let you know if you werent aware, they take ALL of your info from your ID and still want your phone and email. JUST TO GO IN!For a one time visit on vacation it seems a bit much. She (Jenny) also seemed exceptionally annoyed that she had to stop a conversation with one of her coworkers to assist us! If Essence wants repeat customers maybe they should have people in the front who actually can give customer service. And don't believe their many positive reviews to get their rating, if you actually read through them its the same people writing reviews over and over and over again. We will definitely not be returning. Kenny in the back was great, but not enough to make up for the lack of customer service given to us twice by Jenny. She was more than enough for us not to return and absolutely will not be refering our friends!

Tiffany, Candy and Tommie were extremely friendly and welcoming for my first visit. Best med shop I have been to in Vegas. One of the best I have been to in the country. Nice selection, cheaper than Colorado or Arizona dispensaries and they accept out of state MM cards. I was g2g with a California medical card and Minnesota DL. If you are coming with an out of state ID and med card, make sure to call ahead to all the shops. Half of them let me in to shop and half of them turned me away. Essence also had great selection; dry flower, pre-rolls, shatter, wax, edibles and pens. I picked up some Gorilla Glue Wax and some Oatmeal Raisin cookies. Will be returning when I am back in town!

First time stopping at a dispensary in Vegas and was hesitant at first because I’ve had so so experiences at stores that have multiple locations. However this store completely changes that perception. Jamaal took care of me and answered all my questions with a huge smile. Bud is 🔥 and the staff is just as high of quality. Now my favorite store I’ve been to in Vegas by far.

they really dont have much of a selection when it comes to pipes and other smoking accessories.

I came here once and once only so far. I can tell you this though that it was the best experience hands down other than the time I got to meet Snoop at Reef. Other than that no where have I ever grabbed a 8th for $1. Definitely going to come back.
