Craft Cannabis - Mill Plain

I love this Dispensary. If you're looking for a professional and well thought out dispensary, this is the one you want. It doesn't hurt its located conveniently not just on Andresen & Mill Plain but near a supermarket and other stores you'd necessarily need when me. The interior is fantastic, its large, has the capacity for a crowd and every single budtender is ready with a greeting, smile or a hello and more importantly, willing, which is nice, its not what you expect, its not two stoner buddies in wool caps and faded t-shirts, there's an air of excellence, quality and neatness. Its well thought out. As an example, they have binders they put out on each of the display cases so there are plenty for each to peruse but they update them constantly with pricing and availability of products. I love the surprise of, always, 'hey, this is actually $5-10 cheaper today if you wanna try this'. Its refreshing to go somewhere and have someone tell you what the deals are, it makes me wanna spend more... vs. going to others, although nice, not so well thought out or professional (trust me, I've been to them all). This most recent time I had Jennifer as my Bud Tender and she was awesome. She was all smiles, ready to help and answered all of my questions politely, with etiquette, which is lost on a lot of people, so kudos to you Jennifer!

Our second visit to New Vansterdam was wonderful. Love the ambience, the setup and the people. In all fairness, I have to say that the young man who helped me only seemed very knowledgeable about some of the products in the cartridge vape area. On those, however he really lit up and seemed very knowledgeable. It seems pretty expensive compared to what my daughter pays for medical, but that's probably due to the taxes in Washington. All the product that we puchased on our first visit were excellent. Keep up the good work!

This is very first dispensary I ever visited when it became legal, and no others have compared since. Freakin love the place.

I went in here for the first time and instantly loved the atmosphere. The staff is great, friendly and very knowledgeable! I have a medical card and I'll still make trips to this despensory!

I paid $128 for an eighth ounce of "Super Skunk", which was one of their most highly priced buds. It should be closer to $40 but I thought of it as a donation to help keep these new legal weed businesses from failing. Eventually the price should drop to a reasonable level. However, this Super Skunk I bought was not that good. I've been smoking MJ for over 35 years and it's pretty weak. It smells good and looks good and gets your fingers sticky but the high is like midgrade or Mexican brickweed. Since it's the first time I bought from them I can't say their weed sucks but so far it does.

Great, friendly, knowledgable staff. When they do have product, it flies off the shelves due to the quality. I've read here and other reviews of this shop, and keep seeing the words "medicine, and donation". People, this is a recreational shop. They're not allowed by law to discuss medical benefits of cannabis. And it's a sale, not a donation. I suspect that as more growers products become available, prices will come down. This is the end of prohibition, and will take longer than a month to settle. I'll be back as often as possible! Thanks for all you're doing N.V.!

New Vansterdam is like FAO Schwarz for Adults and it's Christmas every day! I've only been to 9 Dispensaries, all but New Vansterdam are in Portland and I don't think those 8 Dispensaries total inventory can match NV selection! All the employees I dealt with me were friendly and knowledgeable! Thier concentrate selection was pretty weak. The prices are higher than where I normally go, but there are deals. Thier pre-rolls are reasonable at $5 a gram with High THC.

Great people , good price range on buds and concentrate. Not as much selection when it comes to edibles & other options but they definitely have good weed , pre rolls and dabs. For instance the herbery sells lube you don’t see anything like that at craft.

Best shop I’ve been to in Southern Washington, BY FAR! The staff was extremely knowledgeable; those that didn’t have an answer to my question referred me to a staff member that had the answer. They let you pick your bud of choice after they’ve allotted you the time to observe options under the magnifying glass and lamp. As far as selection goes, they have to have the widest farm/strain/type selection in Washington. I can’t imagine any other place to have more. This is a Military Veteran friendly shop that I’d gladly recommend to friends and family in the area.

It looks like a great location now :) I’ve noticed pricing is better, and the layout is improved. People are still super friendly, and very helpful and informative. I’m glad to be coming here once more. Great location. It’s clean and brightly lit.

I've been going to NVA for awhile now. Very convenient location with large selection of flower, concentrates and edibles. They even have a head shop with a wide variety of pipes, bongs, pens & rigs. However, I'm not a big fan of the prepackaged flower. Sometimes the weed isn't fresh and I did have a package come up less than what I'd ordered. The budtenders seem to be hit and miss. Some are very good while others act like its a huge inconvenience if you ask them a question. Also, go in around lunchtime on a weekday and you'll be lucky to find more than one budtender even though the place has 5 or 6 customers hanging out in need of assistance. Their computerized menu/checkout system has a bit of a learning curve and if it's your first time at NVA find a budtender to check you out. The upside is their concentrate and edible selection are the best and the biggest around and the head shop is a bonus.

Nice place some staff are better than others. Well stocked good prices everything is prepackaged and labeled. I now look for specific staff when I visit for reviews and questions. Other staff I avoid as they aren't very helpful and can be rude.

I left a review for kelso and yolanda before. I want to say that they had a sales for 5.00 prerolls. I had Nine dollars because I worked in service industry and I have to wait too night to smoke. Yolanda went out her way and got one dollar for me I felt bad cause I couldn't tip. Yolanda stated that she doesn't want to live lose my business over 1.00 or a tip. She gladly had me wait 3o seconds I got two sour diesel for I gram each 24% thc and she gave me a dollar from her heart. She said she's not their to dollar pinch a customer but make them happy. I always come when Kelso or yolanda wotk. Cause they work hard you leave happy.
