Beware if you want cookies brand.... their Leafly menu says you must come-in to order but when you get there they say you must pre-order ahead of time and you can only get one. I left with none. Just a cookies rolling tray I they sold me for $75 which I later found out is all over Amazon for $27.... needless to say I later returned it back to them smh. Culta also says their Leafly is always messed up and is never right which is funny because every other retailer in MD Culta sends this stuff to is much easier to get it from and their Leafly/ Weedmaps menus are for some reason always up to date... in real time. If you ask me they are leaving them on to just get you in there and push their Culta products when you get there. Be prepared to be offered Dosido #22 instead is all I’m saying.... if you want some cookies look it up on Weedmaps and Leafly minus what you see from Culta and go elsewhere. This place is too disorganized.

This place has went down hill. From not being able to even hold the display jar to check out what your buying. They're never busy but the menu they post on leafly is never right. they advertise a deal let the customer drive all the way there to say they dont have the strains they know are bringing people in. If your not busy you can at least update your menu so people dont waste their time !

I bought a 8th of landmine the first time going there and it was great quality. That was a year ago when i first got my mmcc license. Needless too say I revisited about a month ago 11/1/19 I bought 3 8ths Cinderella 99 and gorilla quake#4 they where by cru in a box the last was strawberry cookies by evermore. Great prices n thc levels above 25 % the budtender even had a cool jar with a magnifying glass top n the strains looked amazing, I was happy. Got home opened both boxes by cru the weed was so dry I picked up a bud n it turned to dust. Lastly I was hoping no way a different grower in a jar but sure enough that 8th was as dry as the others. I must say I was stunned n very upset. Never again will I visit them. It had to be to good to be true $35 n $40 top shelf 8ths. Hopefully they figure out the problem I seen alot of similiar reviews so I had to leave one. Job found 4 seeds too. It took me a year to find 1 seed at my other dispenseries. Hope to see improvements in the quality of flower. Maybe I'll give it a last try if I hear they have stepped their game up. Thx cannabis family.

The girl with the blue hair and purple bun waited on me. They put my order back (despite saying they hold orders for an hour after their pickup time). I called my boyfriend in the car to ask him to look at the paper where I wrote down what I ordered, and as soon as he answered she started yelling at me like I was a child telling me I wasn't allowed on my phone. I explained to her WHY and she continued to yell and tried to snatch my phone. The other customers looked at surprised as I was. So embarrassing. I'll never spend my money there again. Also, maybe put some signs up telling people they can't use their phone instead of being an absolute bitch.

$22 for the cookies pre rolls, I bought a couple, which one doesn't even burn. Starting to become a universal disappointment with the product coming out of all of the dispensaries in Maryland. Dab is the only thing guaranteed. All flower is very hit and miss, everything's labeled 20+ percent but has absolutely no taste and mediocre highs. Culta was a good visual experience, service was prompt, courteous, no complaints there. I've visited at least 5 to 6 different dispensaries throughout the Eastern and Western shore of Maryland, all growers are going for looks. Forget looks, we want that dank, that gas. At this point and time, no one is delivering, not Culta, not Verano, not Cookies, not Strane, not gleaf...street bud is still better and obviously cheaper!!!

I used to shop here all the time passing at least 5 or 6 different dispensaries but no longer will I visit a place which raises prices and slashes deals. It’s a shame because I really liked the staff at culta, oh well... Go to natures medicine if you smoke like I do, and don’t want (OR CAN NOT AFFORD) to pay these crazy culta prices. 85-90 for 1/2g distillate? Even with a bogo that’s a rip.

really not a go to place for me. went yesterday, got a pre roll that eased advertised 24%thc, came in a willie's reserve package and I asked if it was the 24%, she said yes, I thought nothing of it. realized when I got home to smoke it that our was a cdb pre roll. only 8% thc. well lesson learned, not going back there.

Nice atmosphere, but nothing less than $40 for 1/8. With other dispensaries within 3 miles of this place with consistent $25 eighths at great quality flower, Culta would not be my first choice because of the budget I allow myself to spend on medicine. If price range dipped lower, might come back.

Terrible location and now there is officially no reason to go there. Raised their prices on their loyal customers. Honestly pathetic. Terrible parking, which was originally worth it when their pricing made sense. Now they’re a joke.

Im a new patient.. Don't know to much about concentrates and things, but culta was awesome I've dealt with a few different budtender and there all very helpful also very knowledgeable .They also have great products I haven't been unpleased with one thing I've bought.. thank you culta and shout out to Chita

Oh and for sure the employees at culta make sure that they get all the medicine before patients. Then the custies get what’s left, right guys? We know you’re chums.

Just received a text alert for a deal culta’s having today. They’ve only been open for an hour and they’re already sold out of what I wanted. This happens all the time with this dispensary. They still haven’t updated their specials board on their website even though they’re sold out. They like to bait you in with a deal and then try to sell you something else. Parking at this location is terrible, they only have pay to park meter spots. Most of the time the flour they sell is small bud and shake. They don’t always label it that way either. I’ve had quite a few batches of their flower and I almost never get any large buds, even when buying their pre packed half ounces. I’d like to find out where and how their flower is tested for its chemical compounds. I’ve had too many 25%+ strains that just don’t seem to be potent at all. The flour you get from them might seem like a deal for the price but your better off paying more somewhere’s else.

I work in the industry, and visited Culta for the first time this past weekend for the Cookies release. Despite the hundreds of patients attending this highly anticipated launch, Culta still held it down!! The event was great!! Culta well organized, informative, and FUN!! The VIP line was FANTASTIC...we pretty much signed our digital Attestations, and walked right in. We were also greeted with VIP Swag Bags!!!!! The entire staff, down to security, were friendly, welcoming, and professional. My dispensary carries Culta, and EVERYONE is a fan.....we’re never disappointed. I LOVE my dispensary, and rarely venture out....but I foresee myself becoming a very frequent flyer at Culta!!!! I love that our industry is exploding.....Keep killing it, Culta!!!

Don’t like the pricing here, if your not catching a special you will pay too much for flower. Bad location, limited parking.

I love the atmosphere and it being close to the Inner Harbor this has been my go-to place for about 8 months now and when I first started coming here it was great quality the bud the prices I have learned that they have gained their customers and now have started selling nothing but dry dust type stuff when broke up I'm kind of messed up over this because this is a prescription and you're not supposed to play with people's prescriptions or their money you can basically go on the street and buy way better bud that's 10 times fresher. I do not recommend if you're looking for quality but if you don't have money and can't afford it that's the place to come but just know that majority of the stuff that seems to be top-shelf stuff isn't because it's all dry I even got some stuff the other day two times one day it was 2.7 gram in the other time is 3.3 G so I'm not sure if they're dosing it with water and making it heavier and then after a while it dries out but I have got two 1/8ths within the past month. 1 was on blab Friday I I called them they do nothing about it they don't even care to call me back . BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE NEED A NEW MANAGER TO CHANGE THE GAMES THERE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES PRESCRIPTIONS. PLEASE GO BACK TO WHAT GOT YOU THE CUSTOMERS. This is a great way to close up the business. The word wil get out of how trashey your bud is. Seed,Dry home grown type stuff. I even recieved a 1/8th that had a gram of the clippings. I still havent recieved a 1/8th with a bud in it. like why is it always shake in the 1/8ths. Bad business. Put what people like dont try to make up for stuff. Shake supposed to be sold cheaper not put into our 1/8ths which ruin it. Buds hold the thc.

Good deal for my first visit, but the customer service could be better. The first person I encountered was pretty dry and kinda left a sour taste in my mouth. The music is TOO FUCKING LOUD. Everyone was literally screaming over each other, and they gotta do something about them manager overrides.....

Love the vibes at CULTA! Everyone is sohelpful and knowledgeable! Picked up 2 cartridges, half oz of northern lights, and an 1/8th of Rocket Fuel for like $280 on a Friday! AND a pre roll for $1! Had only 5 strains to choose from for 175 an O, wish there was more, but im happy with the choices! Will definitely visit Culta again with their new pricing changes, glad to see them do that

The Culta Crew Is Amazing, Customer service is always excellent.

CULTA is my go to spot. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in a beautiful storefront overlooking the harbor. I get excited to go there.
